Research On The Protection Of Teachers' Rights And Interests InPrivate Kindergartens

The quality of teachers is the decisive factor of the quality of education.The number of teachers in private kindergartens accounts for more than 60% of the total number of kindergarten teachers in China,which has become a non-negligible part of China's kindergarten teachers.The quality of private kindergartens is related to the quality of education in private kindergartens.Treatment of private kindergarten teachers' professional rights and interests if the lack of security,is bound to affect its focus and commitment in the work,thus affecting their professional identity and belonging,losing to promote their own quality,to promote the development of professional power,thus affecting private kindergarten teachers improve the overall quality and ultimately affect the quality of private kindergarten education.Therefore,it is necessary to study the protection of the rights and interests of teachers in private kindergartens.This study integrated use of literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and so on,144 teachers in zhumadian 12 private kindergartens as the research object,based on the data collected by questionnaire and interview data analysis,found the city's private kindergarten teachers' rights and interests protection exist the following problems:treatment of professional rights and interests enjoyed not fully,rights and interests protection is not in place,teachers' rights protection consciousness,insu fficient ability,etc.Lack of professional rights and interests is mainly reflected in weak awareness of education and scientific research,lack of motivation,interference in the guidance and evaluation of children's rights,formalistic democratic management,lack of voice,and kindergarten-based training with uneven training opportunities and insuffici ent funds.Pay rights and interests safeguard is not in place basically expression is salary low,but working intensity is big,pressure is big,social insurance and housing accumulation fund safeguard are not in place,female teacher is peculiar rights and interests safeguard is not in place.Aiming at the problems existing in the protection of the rights and interestsof the teachers in the private kindergartens in this city,this paper mainly analyzes them from four aspects,including law,government,private kindergartens and private kind ergartens teachers.The legal factors include the lack of high-level laws to guide the healthy development of preschool education,the lack of relevant laws and regulations to clarify the legal status and status of teachers in private kindergartens,and the lack of perfect legal remedies for teachers' rights and interests.Government factors include insu fficient attention to private preschool education,backward administrative system of preschool education,insufficient and imbalanced financial investment in preschool education.Factors of private kindergartens include the lack of scientific concept and management;The factors of teachers in private kindergartens include weak consciousness of rights protection and insufficient ability.On based on the analysis of the existing problems and influence factors,respectively,from strengthening the construction of legal system,develop or improve relevant laws and regulations,the government carries out the responsibility,strengthen the guidance and supervision,private kindergarten optimal management,private kindergarten teachers themselves to improve quality,enhance the consciousness and ability and so on four aspects put forward the corresponding suggestion.
