Since the expansion of college enrollment,the undergraduates in science and engineering have increased year by year,the employment situation has become increasingly severe,the employment needs of students in the science and engineering and business talent matching the contradictions are increasingly prominent,and matching of employment ability of science and engineering students and the talent needs of enterprises his career has become crucial to the success factors and ability to explore the differences in employment and enterprise demand for talent in science and engineering students which are an issue of common concern.Based on the empirical study,this paper adopts the quantitative methods of questionnaires,and quantitative methods with interviews and so on,and draws up the questionnaires for the students of science and engineering and the related enterprises by referring to the previous research results,with the college students of science and engineering as sample.The research objective of this paper is to analyze the status quo of employment ability of science and engineering undergraduates and business executives and HR,and to analyze the status quo of talent demand for college students of science and engineering by SPSS22.0 from the aspects of personal characteristics,decision-making ability,interpersonal skills,learning ability,basic skills and career planning.And then compare the difference between two situations.Finally,according to the results of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employability of science and engineering undergraduates from two aspects.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The overall level of the undergraduates in science and engineering' employability needs to be improved.(2)Internship experience affects to the employability of science and engineering college students.(3)The overall employability of college students of science and technology is significantly related to the ability of each dimension,that is,the ability of science and engineering college students' personal characteristics,decision-making ability,interpersonal skills,learning ability,basic skills and career planning are stronger.(4)The mismatch between the employability of science and engineering students and the demand of talents in enterprises.There is a great difference between the science and engineering college students in the ability of interpersonal communication and the ability ofcareer planning.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthen the self-cognition,to establish the correct view of employment;establish the employment target are recommended to implement as soon as possible,establish the consciousness of career planning;strengthen the study of professional skills,promote the improvement of the overall quality.(2)Colleges and universities should strengthen the teaching practice links,improve the practical ability of science and engineering students;colleges and universities should strengthen the employment guidance of all aspects of the construction,improve the employment guidance system;The college should reform the curriculum and teaching content based on market demand.
