The new generation of municipal employees is the main force of the current labor market.The problem of vocational adaptability not only affects the quality of individual employment and the work performance of the unit,but also affects family and social harmony.Therefore,it has been the focus of attention of scholars.Firstly,through literature research,the theory of human capital,theory of career development,theory of job adaptation,and theory of job matching are resolved as the theoretical basis of this study.Related research results of previous scholars are summarized,and the level of education,training experience,Factors such as work experience and human capital has different degrees of influence on vocational adaptability.Secondly,through a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,it was found that:(1)There was no significant difference by gender in the ability of the new urban generation employees to adapt.(2)The vocational adaptability of the new generation of urban workers is affected by the educational experience and the number of years of work.The number of years of work has a great influence on the ability of vocational adaptation.(3)The influence of the training experience of the new generation of urban workers on vocational adaptability has not been verified.Thirdly,the case study further validates the conclusions of the questionnaire survey:(1)The educational experience has a significant impact on vocational adaptability.The reason is that educational experience has a significant effect on improving the knowledge storage and learning ability of the new generation of employees,thus improving vocational adaptation.Ability.(2)Work experience has a significant influence on vocational adaptability,because the accumulation of work experience has brought about job skills,professional knowledge,interpersonal skills,and personal contacts.(3)The effect of training growth experience on occupational adaptation capacity is uncertain,because the training of the interviewees does not match the content and position,and the training role is not fully implemented.It cannot deny that the training growth experience has no effect on vocational adaptability.Finally,according to the empirical research conclusions,from the perspective of three subjects,the countermeasures to improve the vocational adaptability of the newgeneration of urban migrant workers are proposed: the individual should enhance the awareness of human capital investment and put into action;the employer pays attention to the matching degree of talents and perfects it.The training system;the government introduced supporting policies to effectively guide education and training institutions to provide education and training programs related to occupational adaptation.Figure [3] table [7] reference [54]...
