With the advent of the information age,various science and technology and teaching concepts have continually impacted the university classroom teaching.The university teaching organization form has entered the post-class teaching system stage of the diversified teaching organization form from the class-based teaching system.The arrival of the post-class teaching system has brought about the diversification of teaching methods,and with the double impact of the decline of teaching quality and the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities,the development of classroom teaching methods has been restricted and caught in crisis and dilemma.Despite this,there is currently no other teaching method that can replace the lecture method in teaching.the lecture method is still one of the most important teaching methods in higher education teaching in the post-class teaching system.Therefore,through in-depth exploration of the current status of the use of lectures and the problems and challenges faced,we will form a scientific understanding of the lecture methods,propose countermeasures or measures for the effective use of teaching methods in colleges,and understand the lecture methods and accuse them.It is of great significance.Based on the theory of "optimization of teaching process",the thesis constructs an analytical framework for the development of teaching methods,and comprehensively adopts various research methods such as historical and comparative research,questionnaire-based empirical research,and the development of teaching methods in higher education.The historical evolution is sorted out,and the application status of the teaching method of the post-class teaching system is investigated.On the basis of this,combined with the historical development characteristics of the teaching method and the series of problems and challenges faced by the lecture method in the post-class teaching system,there are Suggestions on improving the teaching effect of the lecture methods in colleges and universities are pointed out.In general,the research conclusions on the application status and development of the lecture method in the post-class teaching era are as follows:(1)Teaching the law for a long time without fading has a profound historical basis: First,the education in the press-class teaching system is based on moral education,and the lecture method can effectively and quickly teach ethics,which ispopular among teachers;secondly,the education of the era emphasizes the transfer of knowledge,and the lecture method is promoted by the ability to systematically and systematically teach structured knowledge.Finally,the rise of educational psychology,the transformation of teacher-student relationship,the rise of educational technology,and the teaching of law in the post-class teaching system development is subject to certain restrictions and challenges,but the expansive scientific knowledge needs to be systematically taught to students,and the teaching of law has its roots.(2)Although the misunderstanding of the lecture method in college classroom teaching is criticized in the post-class teaching system,the overall satisfaction of students in the lecture method is not low,and the lecture method is still the most used and most basic teaching method in colleges and universities.There are three reasons why the lecture method is regarded as the most basic teaching method.First,language is the main way of communication between people,the lecture method uses language as the medium of teaching.Second,teachers are one of the main subjects of classroom teaching,teachers are the dominant players;third,the number of knowledge is increasing,and the lecture method can effectively teach systematic knowledge.(3)On the basis of understanding the historical evolution of the lecture method and the historical evolution of the lecture method at the stage of the post-class teaching system,combined with the basic situation of the students' understanding and use of the lecture method,several measures for effective application of the lecture method are proposed: properly determined and rationally organized about teaching content;pay attention to language and art;correctly grasp the status of students' subject;improve students' participation in class;and reasonably control teaching time.In the post-class teaching system,the reform of the classroom teaching method in the university should be based on the in-depth understanding of the applicable conditions and the use of the lecture method,combined with the characteristics of students' learning,improve students' interest in learning,guide students to actively learn and learn independently,and promote students' active development.To build an effective classroom,to fundamentally help teach the law to get rid of the predicament and improve the teaching effect.
