Learning anxiety is a problem that many college students will face.If we can maintain moderate anxiety in the learning process,it will help to promote students' academic input and learning efficiency,but excessive anxiety will not help to improve learning efficiency,but will hinder students' learning,affect students' physical and mental state,and even produce serious consequences.Therefore,social workers and psychologists must pay attention to this issue,help college students correctly understand and cope with learning anxiety,and guide the healthy growth of college students.Virtual reality technology refers to the technology that takes computer technology as the core and generates virtual environment through some special devices such as head-mounted display,graphic glasses,data clothes,data gloves,stereo headphones,tracking system,three-dimensional space sensors,etc.Users can enter the virtual environment and create the feeling of immersion.In recent ten years,virtual reality technology has developed rapidly and applied in many fields.The continuous popularization of virtual reality technology and its advantages due to immersion,interaction and imagination bring great opportunities to social work,psychological practice and mental health work in Colleges and universities.In this study,a college student with learning anxiety was selected as the subject.In view of the main problems and the actual situation of the subject,virtual reality technology and cognitive behavioral therapy were combined to intervene,virtual reality technology was used to help her relax,cognitive behavioral therapy was used to help her adjust hers irrational beliefs about learning,formulate scientific learning plans,and develop good learning habits.Intervention was conducted once a week for 10 weeks.After the intervention,the scores of the subject on SAS were compared and analyzed,and the effect of the intervention was evaluated by in-depth interviews.The results showed that: through this intervention,the learning anxiety of the subject was alleviated,and the interest and enthusiasm in learning were improved.The research shows that the intervention method combining virtual reality technology with cognitive behavioral technology can alleviate the study anxiety of the subjects,and can be applied in the psychological counseling and psychological health education of college students.
