Tired of learning,that is,a negative attitude towards learning,such as lack of interest in learning,tired mental state,and a series of exclusive learning behavior.A large-scale national survey of primary and secondary schools jointly organized by the China Youth Research Center and Beijing Normal University found that students in China are generally tired of learning,especially middle school students.At the same time,weariness of learning is not only a problem for domestic students,but also a problem for international researchers.Compulsory education is the golden age of learning knowledge.Teenagers' weariness of learning has become a social problem,because it not only affects the healthy development of teenagers,but also relates to the popularization of national compulsory education and the improvement of citizens' quality in the future.In this study,I take the Q of junior high school students who are tired of learning in my internship school as an example.Under the guidance of the theory of resilience,through case work,I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy,ecosystem theory and separation treatment technology to provide help for the students who are tired of learning.In accordance with the general process model of social work practice,theoretical guidance and practical intervention,Xiao Q has improved the weariness of learning,corrected deviant behavior,and learned the skills of solving problems and the ability to seek help,which has proved the value and effectiveness of case work.Finally,through the reflection and summary of the whole case intervention,it provides feasible ideas and methods to solve the problem of middle school students' weariness of learning.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: Firstly,to improve the weariness of learning,the first thing is to explore the ability and advantages of small Q itself.These protective factors are the key to the change of small Q and the improvement of resilience.Secondly,the peripheral environmental system plays an important role,so when we intervene in the related issues such as boredom,we should start from various aspects and help solve them together.Thirdly,because of the special status and policy restrictions of the migrant children,Xiao Q can not attend high school in Beijing after graduation from junior high school,so he can only go back to his original place or choose to study abroad.If he chooses more,he will have more risks.His prominent educational problems also need to be paid attention to and improved.
