The Situation And Countermeasures Of Cultivation Of Women’s Volleyball Reserve Talents In Tianjin Under The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Tianjin women’s volleyball team used to be one of the most brilliant teams in the league,which once won nine national champions in ten years.However,in recent years,the performance of Tianjin women’s volleyball team has been unsatisfying.The internal reasons mainly fall into 4 categories,including a lack of reserve talents,the players’ injuries,new players not succeeding the retiring players properly and having no suitable candidates for the main attacking positions.Thus,the training of women volleyball reserve talents directly hinders the development of Tianjin women volleyball team.From a perspective of sustainable development,the writer of this paper uses the methods of consulting documentation,conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews,together with mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to gain a detailed understanding of coaches and athletes of all levels,including their training,life,learning,management,competition,security facilities,management policy and funding support.A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the survey results is made to find out the advantages and disadvantages that restrict the sustainable development of women’s volleyball reserve talents in Tianjin,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn.1.The sports school training system plays a major role in the training system of women’s Volleyball Reserve in Tianjin,and the school training system plays a supporting role.City Sports Schools and Tanggu amateur sports schools have made significant contributions to the training of Tianjin women’s volleyball reserve talents.It is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of Tianjin women’s volleyball reserve talents,which has many training times,long time,great intensity,attention to detail training,training effect guaranteed and excellent athletic performance.2.The training of reserve talents is based on the combination of "combining physical education with teaching" and "combining teaching with physical education".Among them,the volleyball training in Tanggu amateur sports school and the campus volleyball in Binhai New Area are particularly prominent.The successful experience is worth learning from other schools.3.The "8421" project is carried out smoothly,the coordination of the sports system and the educational system,the scientific and efficient training system of the reserve personnel is an important link for the training of reserve personnel.Directly ensure the sustainable development of women’s volleyball reserve talents in Tianjin.4.In the training system of Volleyball Reserve Talents in Tianjin,the facilities and training funds of some schools are guaranteed,and the sources of funds are single,which are greatly influenced by the training results and the importance of the leaders.The importance of leadership,venues,equipment and policy support is one of the important guarantees for the sustainable development of women’s volleyball reserve talents in Tianjin.5.Tianjin women volleyball reserve personnel delivery follows the "double track system",the athletes have a bright future,the parents actively support the training of athletes,supervise the cultural learning,and participate in the volleyball training,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the training of Volleyball Reserve Talents in Tianjin.6.The number of district sports schools and junior volleyball training bases in Tianjin for the training of women’s volleyball reserve talents is small,and the youth volleyball training in some areas has just started;the number of coaches is small,the workload is large and the coaches lack high degree of education and high level of sports experience;the school training system attaches great importance to the training of coaches.Lack of degree,the establishment of medium and long term training plan and the establishment of athletes files are not good;the athletes have less energy into learning and the learning effect is not obvious,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of Tianjin women’s volleyball reserve talents.
