In recent years,countries around the world have emphasized the diversity of education,openness and cooperation,education is no longer just school-centered,government,family,community and related educational institutions have become important participants in education.The responsibility for the growth of children is shared among the different subjects.The improvement of the quality of school education and the overall growth of children is Now more than ever,needed from the parents,the community and other external forces.With the rapid development of our democratic process and the deepening of the degree of democracy,the educational administration has also carried out "decentralization" and called for the establishment of a modern school system.Parents have been given a certain participation as the main object of "decentralization" School education and school management.According to Erickson personality development theory of eight phases,primary school children namely 6-12 will have a conflict between hardworking and indolence.Primary school stage is a critical period for children to grow,a good relationship between parents and schools is bound to be more conducive to the overall development of children.The result of years of practice from developed countries and regions show us that the parents committee is not only an important organizational system,but also an effective way for parents to participant in school education.Since 1996 in the "primary management regulations",mentioned the establishment of the parent committee for the first time,until the Ministry of Education in 2012 Issued the "Ministry of Education on the establishment of primary and secondary kindergarten parent committee guidance." The operation of the parent committee has been a matter of concern to academia.In this paper,through the comprehensive analysis of the use of literature analysis,research and observation methods,in the system of primary school parents on the basis of systematic analysis,through the in-depth study Z City Y District 6 primary school parents committee of the operation,formed A basic understanding of the status.Through the analysis of the parents' questionnaire and the results of the interview,the author summarizes the problems in the actual construction and operation of the Z District Primary School Parents Committee,and deeply excavates the reasons behind the problem.On this basis,the paper puts forward concrete countermeasures from four aspects:establishing the correct concept,perfecting the system construction,strengthening the organization and management system,establishing the long-term educational mechanism to improve the running ability and strengthening the propaganda work to create the atmosphere of equal cooperation.
