It is well-known that parents and schools are two very important factors in children’s learning life.They should cooperate with each other.Parents should inform their schools about the learning and behavior of their children at home,so that schools can effectively manage them.Schools should inform their parents about their children School learning and behavioral habits and teaching methods to educate their children to enable parents to conduct scientific education at home,resulting in the concept of home-school cooperation.As parents become more educated,they are no longer satisfied with family education and participation in school management will be a new model of child education that will significantly reduce the time between school and parental communication.Throughout the literature about primary school parents participating in school management at home and abroad,the author finds that the research results of basic theories abroad are earlier,richer and more mature than those in China.However,some problems in the field of parental involvement in school management in our country include: First,although more and more research papers have been published in this field since 2000,most of them are not academic,pertinent and practical enough.Second,Follow the excellent cases of foreign countries,set up a parent committee or parent volunteer team,but mostly school-led,parents can not really participate in themanagement of the school;Third,although there is a corresponding notice of the establishment of the PAC,However,there is no corresponding institutional support.The PSC is just an empty shell.Taking this as the background,this study investigated the current situation,problems and reasons of parents participating in school management in Q Primary School by means of questionnaires and interviews,using the Q primary school in Qingpu District as the survey object.Find the appropriate solutions to the problem,and then for the Qingpu District,Q primary schools in the field of parental involvement in school management made specific recommendations for improvement. |
