Research On The Practice Of Rule Of Law Education In Higher Vocational College

In recent years,with the development of the reform of Higher Vocational Education in China,the Higher Vacationer's speed of development is so fast.Aim at the reform of Higher Vocational Education has too much attention.The reared so many related research results appear constantly,but those researches still have some disadvantages.Far from keeping pace with the reform and development of Higher Vocational Colleges.The Higher Vocational Colleges become the important part of higher education,the students in Higher Vocational Colleges are important force to promote social progress.Training Higher Vocational Students' concept of law and the rule of law in our country.With the full implementation of the strategy of ruling the country by law,the country has accelerated the process of the rule of law education for college students.Based on the innovation of higher vocational education for the purpose of development,starting from the rule of law education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the actual situation,analysis of cause attribution of law education in Higher Vocational Colleges to carry out the difficulties,how to strengthen the countermeasures of rule of law education in Higher Vocational Colleges as the key,in order to promote the all-round development of students in higher vocational colleges,promote safe campus environment construction.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of legal education,it explains the meaning,content and function of law education and it also have the generalize of connotation and characteristics of legal education in Higher Vocational Colleges.On the basis of present situation of legaleducation in China's Higher Vocational Colleges.This text provide the theory evidence of making the legal education in Higher Vocational Colleges further develop.The second part provides the value and practice basis of legal education in Higher Vocational Colleges.This part expounds the importance and necessity of carrying out the rule of law education in Higher Vocational Colleges.The author thinks that the rule of law education in China's Higher Vocational Colleges is not only the needs of Higher Vocational Students to become better,but also in response to national policy.The third part puts forward some problems which existing in our work of the rule of law education in our Higher Vocational Colleges from the not comprehensive understanding,college curriculum is not perfect,the students' subjective participation is not high and the rule of law education in the form of a new low in four aspects of Higher Vocational education problems of attribution rule of law education.The fourth part is the countermeasures to strengthen the rule of law education in higher vocational colleges,which is the key to this paper,has carried on the analysis from the theory of the rule of law,update education in Higher Vocational Colleges to optimize the pattern of law education in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational education system to improve the rule of law rule of law,the level of teachers and other aspects,emphasizing the unity of rule of law in all aspects in the management of students in higher vocational colleges.
