High school physics has been a difficult subject to many high school students.In the daily teaching of physics,due to the middle grades and conservative behaviors of average students,This group is often neglected and hardly to achieve in physics.But there is a large number of average students in high school,and they have a great deal of intellectual potential,so effective cultivation strategies based on self-efficacy will be very important not only to the future of the average students but also to the future of the society.The author divided the students she teaches into the group of average student according to the score in the senior high school entrance examination.in order to find some effective cultivation strategies,the author looked up a lot of papers,analyzed the psychological reasons such as low self-esteem and excessive anxiety based on the universal external performance,and finally found that Self-efficacy greatly affect on the students' academic level.For example,the Self-efficacy can affect the students learning behavior,the adjustment ability,the attitude to failure and so on.Finally the author found a series of cultivation strategies based on the Self-efficacy according to the daily performance,the strategies are as follow: Let the average students go through the successful experience by the decoposition of the problem,and finally make the teaching goal gradient;Improve the self-efficacy and the learning skills of physics by the alternative experience;Provide the platforms for the students to show themselves by the active activity in the class;Improve their self-regulation ability and to proceed positive attribution training;Optimize the student's evaluation system by positive encouragement;Improve their learning skills of physics by the effective learning method.The author found that the average students had made a great progress through the results of a questionnaire and the exams.The author hope that this article can not only provide some beneficial references to high school physics teachers but also can extended the research Angle of view and strategy method to other research field. |
