Traditional learning theories generally focus on the process of acquiring knowledge and skills or the ability of the students themselves, while ignoring the self-regulating system of the students in the intermediary process of transforming the necessary ability conditions for the completion of knowledge and skills into real behaviors;Pay attention to the motivation process and behavior response type of individual behavior, and ignore the influence and effect of individual subject consciousness on behavior.Physical learning self-efficacy is a subjective judgment of learners on their ability to control their physical learning behaviors and physical learning achievements, and is a self-evaluation of learners' confidence in whether they can successfully complete physical learning tasks. At present, there are relatively few related studies on combining self-efficacy and practical teaching in China, studying students 'self-efficacy in physics learning, discussing the training strategies of self-efficacy in physics learning, and expanding the application of self-efficacy theory in physics It is of great significance to improve students' physical learning achievements. The research process is as follows:First of all,I consulted a large number of documents to sort out the research theories about physical learning self-efficacy and the domestic and international research status, and defined three core concepts of self-efficacy,learning self-efficacy,and physical learning self-efficacy.Secondly,using self-efficacy-related theories as a guide and drawing on existing relevant questionnaires, the physics learning self-efficacy scale for junior high school students was compiled. The scale is divided into two first-level dimensions: general physical learning effectiveness and specific physical learning effectiveness. The second-level dimension is divided into self-confidence,self-doubt,goal achievement, knowledge and methods, experimental skills, scientific inquiry, problem solving, and practical application. The outline of the interview is mainly from the purpose of student learning physics, the attribution of success or failure of physics learning, and solving physics The methods of learning difficulties and the influence of others' evaluations were designed. The questionnaire survey and interview were used to investigate the status of physical learning self-efficacy of a middle school student in Guodian Town,Xinzheng City,Zhengzhou City.According to the investigation results, there is a positive correlation between junior high school students' self-efficacy in physics learning and their performance in physics learning. The students' self-efficacy in physics learning is generally low,and most of them do not have a good sense of self-efficacy in physics learning.Thirdly, according to the results of the investigation and research, combined with the recommendations of experts and front-line teachers, this study proposes six strategies for cultivating students' self-efficacy in physics learning: helping students understand the meaning and significance of physics learning efficacy;Get more successful experience;conduct attribution training to guide students to carry out active attribution;guide students to set a suitable physics learning example;create a harmonious physics learning environment;guide students to transfer their sense of self-efficacy.Finally,the training strategy proposed in this study is applied to teaching practice, and students in the teaching experiment class are trained to improve the self-efficacy of physics learning. From the analysis results of post-testing of the teaching experiment, the proposed training strategy is feasible and effective,Significantly improved students' self-efficacy in physics learning and physics learning achievements.
