Study On The Sustainable Development Of Urumqi City Schools

The Chinese martial art,a mysterious and historic sports in China history,which can be considered as one of the most important cultural heritage that cannot be forgotten.Wushu is one of Chinese traditional sports,has the function value of physical fitness,self-defense,self-cultivation.As a treasure of Chinese excellent traditional culture,Wushu has been paid more and more attention by the party and the state.In recent years,the central leading comrades and administration of leadership has made many important instructions on how to do the work of martial arts,pointing out the direction for the better development of martial arts work,increasing the financial input to the martial arts development.All levels of government and the sports administration department also take measures to support the development of martial arts.These changes are now provide a rare historical opportunity for the development of martial art.In this new historical period,the development of Wushu in school should further strengthen the sense of responsibility and urgency,based on the martial art's professional ability to serve the nation's overall diplomacy,strengthen the awareness about strategy,foresight and opportunity.To think big things,look around,grab the development opportunity,get initiative,wich can ensure the work of Wushu education always do to the right direction.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis and other research methods,through filed visit and investigation,interviews,questionnaires etc,to investigate the history and status quo of the Urumqi Jingwu school,to explore its main problems and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions,drawing the following conclusions:1.Wushu is one of the most important representatives of our Chinese culture,Urumqi Jingwu school is the only existing private martial art school.It has its own characteristics.The development status of the school,to some extent,can represent the development of private school and Wushu level in Urumqi,even in Xinjiang.The sustainable development of the school should be paid attention by the education department and the sports department.2.The school must continue to adhere to the principle of "put the task of study at the first place and Wushu as the feature" education mode,focusing on both sides,neither relaxed on the learning of cultural knowledge,but also to improve the training of martial art skills,and strive to achieve all-round development.3.Because of the special geographical location and economic practice is relatively backward in Xinjiang,Wushu development is relatively slow.The school should focus on the introduction of martial art talents and management.Leading the development of school Wushu towards a faster,higher and stronger direction,so that Xinjiang can have a better level of martial art.4.Jingwu school has a gap between public school not only in hardware but also in school conditions.It still need to continue increasing capital investment,building school environment,improving teachers and trainers level and students' learning efficiency,achieving a virtuous cycle of investment and income.5.A school's sustainable development depends on the students' quality,the school should increase enrollment efforts,find conditions and opportunity which make for enrollment.At the same time,make a good management of all aspects,such as teaching and equipment,obtain a stable development step by step.
