Study On Current Development Of Wushu College And Sustainable Development Policy

As one of the few origin places of Chinese Wushu, Shandong province has developed various kinds of boxing in its long history. One feature of Wushu in Shandong is about the Wushu schools, which are characterized by their early establishment, fast development and wide influence. It is estimated that there are about three hundred private Wushu schools established in Shandong in recent years. Those schools not only promote the Wushu tradition in Shandong and all People Joined Bodybuilding project, but also provide lots of talents good at both literature and manliness, resulting in good social and economic effects in the trend of market economy.The study in this essay focuses on the Wushu schools in Shandong province, based mainly on relative literatures, discussions and investigations. To obtain long-term healthy development , it is important to establish a scientific and regulated supervision and evaluation system.6. The quality of the teachers and coaches is the foundation for the school's survival and development.7. The accelerated industrialization of Wushu schools has a profound impact on the schools'development.8. The overall level of Wushu schools in Shandong is quite low and the problem of prioritizing science and technology to liberal arts is severe. It is hard for the graduates to find suitable jobs. Governments and supervising sectors in different levels should pay more attention to the quality of education in Wushu schools, emphasizing the motto of"Quality for Existence and Characteristics for Development".
