Under Chinese economic development and the great achievements, experience andwisdom of the sustainable development of nongovernmental school, a special “company”--Chinese nongovernmental Wushu school, working on the inheritance of traditional Wushu，schools trains students on both Chinese Wushu and modern knowledge. Although schools hadbecome a new kind of school, it faces new chance and challenge in Jiangxi Province for itsdeveloping economy.A deep research on school running guiding ideology, developing mode, school runningconcept, level of teachers, students training mode, management system etc. researched on tennongovernmental Wushu schools mainly through literature consultation, specialist interview,questionnaire method, mathematical statistics method etc. is to fully understand the realproblem in schools. The restrictive factors on schools in Jiangxi Province is:1. Private martial arts school in Jiangxi cultural classroom disorder, weak of teachersabilityLow trainer team, low scientific research level, leak of regular trainer team;2. Coaches the team is not high, even the lack of a stable low level of scientificresearch teams;3. Private schools involved in martial arts general education, vocational, adulteducation and higher education, management responsibilities are not clear, theemergence of sports, education, social sciences, civil affairs, public securitydepartments for approval long, cross-management situation;4.
