The Study Of Urban Community About Social Work Intervene In The Adolescent Service

With the development of society,unit system turns to the market system gradually in China and "unit" gradually becomes "social people".Coupled with the accelerated process of urbanization in China,the community,especially the development and management of urban communities,has become an important area of concern.Teenagers are the vital force of social development and the backbone of social progress.From life cycle theory,adolescents are at the changing point from immature to mature.In this period of time,adolescents act uncertain about their behaviors such as self-awareness,interpersonal behavior,behavior and so on.Therefore,they need the help of the society,especially schools,communities,social organizations which play active roles to establish the correct values and outlooks on life,healthy and positive attitude to face life.China is now in a period of social transformation,and the social work of adolescents is considered to be an integral part of today's social work and an important part of community service.Social workers in the service process need to combine the native actual situation to summarize and improve constantly to choose the service model.In the case of community services,adolescents in urban communities also have special performance and needs in the growth period.Social workers base on the needs and find out problems by intervening adolescents services in urban community,using professional approaches and skills to solve teenagers' problems and contradictions.To understand the characteristics of urban communities and combine with the actual implementation of local community characteristics of youth social work,and gradually explore the service model consistent with the community youth,so that it is better to improve the development and governance of the community eventually.This paper analyzes the current development of situation in J community from the aspects of natural areas,economy,administrative division,community youth and community management.Community service is rooted in the soil of community,services that can't live without the background.This paper introduces the routine services and some projects in J community service center,using SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the advantages,shortcomings,opportunities and challenges of the center in carrying out activities.Analyzing the existing model"social workers + volunteers + social groups" is not suitable for community youth and then introducing the "integration type" service model which meets the J community youth,summarizing the "integration type "service model of youth social work problems through practice,analyzing the causes and propose solutions.Combined with the actual situation,from.social workers' perspective to observe and analyze the problems in the field of community youth services,the author believe that it is multifaceted to lead to carry out the activities hard,including the reasons for the environment and social workers themselves.Based on the background and service of S City J community,this paper tries to find out the service model which is suitable for the community youth.To better play the initiative of the social workers in the field of community,to fully integrate the community resources under community administration government how to better improve the professional level of social workers in the field of young people.At last,the author puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to provide reference about community services for other communities.
