Situation And Trend Of Urban Comprehensive Community Service Center

With the development of the country and the drive of the policy,the comprehensive community service centers are becoming more and more popular in first-tier and second tier cities,especially that comprehensive community service centers in the Pearl River Delta have blossomed everywhere.Dongguan,as a leading city of social work development,the number of its comprehensive community service centers has increased from 25 in 2012 to over 100 at present,and its copy mode certainly has its success,but inevitably there are also problems that needs to be improved and discussed behind the rapid development.This article is the study of comprehensive community service centers in Dongguan,Selection in combination with the existing literature review at home and abroad to study,more than 10 distribution in dongguan different evaluated integratedly and area is the center of the representative(or comprehensive community service station)as the research object,using the questionnaire survey,interview,observation understanding and field visits and other forms,based on the characteristics of different periods of development mode of community service,the advantages and disadvantages summarized;Comprehensive service center of the community of investigating the situation of the construction of infrastructure and put into use;Comprehensive service center of the community of staffing,compensation and daily operations against analysis;Study of community comprehensive service center of evaluation system,understanding the regulatory model,on the one hand,to refine the features of the comprehensive service center of community service experience,on the other hand also exploring and discovering the problems in the process of development,looking for can improve space,hope to provide practical research materials for further development,promote its development better.
