In recent years,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to preschool education.In the nineteen major reports of the party,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to "run pre school education" and realize the realization of "young education" as the first issue of "seven problems".Premier Li Keqiang presided over the executive meeting of the State Council and stressed the need to increase the supply of preschool education resources through multiple channels.In 2018,several opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform and regulating the development of preschool education put forward to fully promote the development of deepening the reform and regulating the development of preschool education,emphasizing the need to broaden channels to expand the supply of resources,improve the quality of kindergarten care and education,and support and guide kindergartens to make full use of local natural and cultural resources.The working regulations of kindergartens mentioned that kindergartens should strengthen cooperation with the community and strive for the support of the community to kindergartens in many aspects.Kindergarten and community are two important systems that affect children’s development.They are closely related to children’s life and learning,and form an important intermediate system between them.Therefore,the cooperation between kindergarten and community has become an important part of the development of preschool education.Cooperation between kindergarten and community can not only improve the quality of kindergarten education and community education,but also provide an effective way to promote children’s physical and mental development.From the perspective of resource dependence theory,kindergartens and communities have their own unique resources,so if kindergartens and communities want to survive and develop better,they must interact with each other,form a stable cooperative relationship,and finally realize resource sharing.In order to further understand the needs of the two-way cooperation between kindergarten and community,in order to better promote the resource interaction between them,so as to promote the cooperation between them more targeted,scientific and effective.From the perspective of resource dependence,this study investigates the current situation of resource dependence and cooperation between kindergartens and communities.In this study,40 public garden directors and 8 community members from 2 communities in a province were selected for interviews.40 principal interviews mainly use the method of key event interviews,and combine the principal interview data with the community personnel interview data to analyze the resource dependence of the two in the process of cooperation,and explore the influencing factors of kindergarten and community resource cooperation.Specifically,this study is based on the cooperative activities between kindergartens and communities,according to the logical structure of "observation interview theoretical research event analysis result promotion",taking the dependence of educational resources between kindergartens and communities as the theoretical framework,combining with the content of text analysis,standing on the position of promoting the interdependence between kindergartens and communities,and studying the cooperation between kindergartens and communities Relationship.This paper puts forward an effective practical mechanism from two aspects of practical needs and theoretical basis,so as to form a dynamic and balanced dependence relationship between kindergarten and community resources cooperation,drive the enthusiasm of kindergarten and community cooperation,and realize the integration and common development of both resources.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the reference part,which discusses the current situation of cooperation between kindergarten and community on the premise of creating resource sharing and realizing the common development of organizations.The second part is the theoretical part of this study,combining with resource dependence theory to analyze three modes of cooperation.The third part,through the cooperation activities and theoretical analysis,mainly presents the current situation of kindergarten’s cooperation,which depends on human resources,material resources and cultural resources of the community,as well as the educational services and cultural transmission of the community.The fourth part of this study mainly analyzes the asymmetric dependence relationship between kindergarten and community cooperation,and explores the main differences between kindergarten and community and the impact of objective conditions on it.In addition,in the fifth part,the author tries to put forward some strategies,such as strengthening the awareness of cooperation between kindergartens and communities,building a relatively standardized organization and creating a good cooperation environment,so as to strengthen the cooperation and sharing of resources between kindergartens and communities.
