Despite the late start of social work in China,social work has made great progress in recent years with the support of governments at all levels.Despite the late start of the social work profession in China,with the strong support of governments at all levels,social work has made great progress in recent years,and in particular,in the four-year government report for the period 2015-2018,the trend of the development of social work in China has gradually changed from "developing professional social work","supporting professional social work" to "promoting the development of professional social work" and "healthy development of professional social work".To a great extent,this fundamental transformation shows that social work is gradually developing from scale,quantification to specialization and health,which is undoubtedly a good tone for the future development of social work.After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008,various social work organizations came into being and gained some valuable experience through the development of recent years.At the same time,the development model of domestic social work organizations has been gradually developed from the traditional post social workers to the project social workers after drawing on the mature development experience of overseas and Hong Kong.It is the new direction that most social work organizations are trying to carry out the practice with community organization "embedding" community service center.While this new development model has its advantages,such as the use of professional social work methods to serve the community and to enhance the professionalism and skills of social workers through the development of services,its problems will gradually become apparent in the process of developing specific practices.In 2014,Chengdu T Social Work Service Center responded positively to Chengdu's goal of building a modern rural urban demonstration area,integrating social and professional forces,publicizing the concept of social public goods,exploring the implementation of the social work system,improving the mechanism of service management and support for professional social workers,actively promoting the healthy development of social work in Chengdu,and exploring the local mode of social work organization and management,in accordance with the "people-oriented," The principle of " building,sharing,sharing,sharing and sharing ",and " embedded " as a public service platform for the provision of integrated and equitable services to the public at the Z Community Civic Service Centre,oriented towards the needs of the residents,with the focus on the promotion of personal harmony and stability and cultural activities as the carrier,Effective social work services are carried out with the aim of improving the quality of life and the capacity of the population to manage itself.aking the project social worker as the starting point,this paper finds that the community service center under the "embedded" mode can make use of the existing resources to provide high quality social worker service to the community residents and improve their happiness and satisfaction.However,there will be problems such as over-mobility of the community,lack of acceptance of social workers by community residents and low awareness of community service centres.Through field participation,we can effectively put forward the problems existing in the current social work organization "embedding" the community service center,and put forward the difficulties in the way of group and case,so as to put forward effective improvement suggestions.
