With the change of people's material level and ideas,hip-hop has a great development in the Chinese,especially the children's Hip-Hop(also known as children's hip hop)has become one of today's young people the pursuit of individual performance,have dance training in various provinces and cities and towns machine structure has become the main course.The rapid development of hip-hop,let more and more more people to witness its charm.But these children dance training institutions management mode,teaching methods,teachers and other issues without a clear standard and so on the current situation of the development of children's dance Changsha investigation is a problem that must be solved.Based on the children's hip-hop training institutions run by the author,this paper investigates the present situation of the development of hip-hop training institutions and the situation of teachers and students participating in the street dance movement in every district of Changsha City,respectively from the perspective of the operator and the teachers.Students in detail to understand the development of Hip-hop training institutions in Changsha City problems and difficulties.This study can promote the healthy development of the street dance movement in Changsha and even the whole country,and promote the promotion and popularization of the street dance movement.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and so on.Through the investigation and research on the present situation of the children's street dance market in Changsha,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures in view of the advantages and disadvantages of the training courses for children's street dancing in Changsha.To provide a reference for the healthy development of children's street dance training institutions in Changsha.The author analyzes the students' parents' cognition of the children's hip hop dance training,the students' basic situation,the training content,the frequency and the location,the fees of the training courses,the motivation and the influencing factors of participating in the training.The teachers and teaching quality of the training institutions are comprehensively reviewed.Draw the following conclusions:(1)Changsha children's street dance training institutions mainly run jointly,supplemented by independent management;the scale is generally small;the training institutions have no license to run schools,and the threshold of market access is low.(2)The teaching level of the hip-hop teacher is the primary factor for the parents to choose the hip-hop studio.It is necessary to pay more attention to the cultivation of all aspects of the students' quality.The students have fewer opportunities to participate in the competition and their consciousness of self-study is not strong enough.(3)There are more part-time teachers than full-time teachers in children's street dance training institutions in Changsha,which leads to poor stability and mobility of teachers intraining institutions;the young teachers are young,and the cultural level of street dance teachers is dominated by junior college students,followed by undergraduate students.The teaching experience of children's street dance is insufficient,the teachers go out to study and train less,they lack the enthusiasm and initiative to learn independently and improve their self-ability,and the teachers' quality defects are mainly reflected in their teaching training and communication ability.Creative ability and musical application ability.(4)The regular large-scale street dance competitions in Changsha are few,and there is no sound competition mechanism.The scoring system is too casual,there is no formal street dance system,there is no full time street dance referee.(5)There is no unified syllabus and teaching materials for children's street dance teaching in Changsha,and there is no matching study plan.The teaching contents are chaotic;because there is no other experience to draw lessons from the development of special courses for street dancing,There are few platforms for interactive teaching communication between training institutions.
