Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Amateur Football Training Institutions In Chengdu

Under the background of deepening the national sports reform,the State Council’s published "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry to Promote Sports Consumption" and "General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football",popularizing the development of football has become the vane of sports reform.At the meanwhile,the lack of reserve talents,the small number and the low quality of coaches becomes football facing the problems at this stage.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This paper studies the development status of amateur football training institutions in Chengdu,summarizes the main problems existing in the amateur football training institutions in Chengdu,deeply analyses the factors restricting the development of amateur football training institutions in Chengdu,and puts forward the development strategies of amateur football training institutions in Chengdu.This study is divided into four levels,including six chapters.The first level(Chapter 1)establishes the theoretical basis and research methods of the study,mainly including the research basis,significance and literature review,and establishes the use of literature,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis to carry out research.The second level(Chapter 2-4)is the main part of the paper,which studies the development status of Chengdu amateur football training institutions,summarizes the main problems existing in Chengdu amateur football training institutions,and analyses the factors that restrict the development of Chengdu amateur football training institutions.The third level(Chapter 5)is the development strategy.Through in-depth analysis,this study proposes the development strategy of amateur football training institutions in Chengdu.The fourth level(Chapter 6)is the conclusion of the study and the prospect of the research.Based on the collation and induction of the main part of the paper,the conclusion of the study is drawn,and the research prospect is put forward according to the problems encountered in the process of writing the paper.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)Firstly,the amateur football training institutions in Chengdu are still in the initial stage of development,with a late establishment and a small number of institutions.Secondly,the coaches are mainly male,and their academic qualifications are basically distributed in junior colleges and regular college,wherein they generally believe that they need to be strengthened in technical and tactical explanations and professional skills.Thirdly,in daily teaching,the textbooks of most training institutions are not unified;at the same time,the attitude of preparing lessons is not serious and the completion of teaching plan is not high.Finally,on the satisfaction of students and parents,most parents choose to send their children to football training in the hope that their children can exercise and develop their interest in sports.Through football,students exercise their bodies,shape their cheerful personality,increase their sense of teamwork and honor,and strengthen their patriotism.(2)At present,there are three problems in the amateur football training institutions in Chengdu: one is the unbalanced development,which is reflected in the unbalanced regional development and the unbalanced development of teacher-student ratio;the other is the imperfection of software and hardware,which is mainly manifested in the scarcity of venues,the inconsistency of teaching concepts,and the lack of scientific and rational development planning;the third is the lack of horizontal communication and vertical talent transfer system.(3)The analysis shows that the main factors restricting the development of amateur football training institutions in Chengdu are: the abundant and diverse market for children training is facing cruel competition;the overall quality of coaches is too low to ensure the quality of teaching;the income source is too dependent on the income of training courses,which increases the development risk of training institutions;weak marketing ability makes amateur football training institutions unable to open a broader market.(4)This study puts forward the development strategies of amateur football training institutions in Chengdu,including: setting up the entrance threshold for coaches,improving the level of coaches,increasing the number of coaches,expanding the size of coaches,and further improving the existing teacher-student ratio in Chengdu;paying attention to diversified development,tapping new profit channels,expanding income sources,ensuring the healthy operation of training institutions;building an online platform,making use of the advantages of the "Internet" to establish closer ties with students and parents;establishing a youth football talent delivery system,and exploring the new direction of football talent training in the new era and new situation.
