| In recent years,with the development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s material living standards,people pay more and more attention to the physical and mental health development of young children.In this situation,early childhood swimming training institutions have emerged,injecting new vitality into the development of the early childhood swimming training market and providing a potential market.In this paper,in order to promote the sustainable development of early childhood swimming training institutions in Urumqi,we use literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,field survey method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the development status of early childhood swimming training institutions in Urumqi with administrators,instructors and parents of members as the subjects,to understand the problems existing in the development process of early childhood swimming training institutions in Urumqi,and to The study results are as follows.The results of the study are as follows: the early childhood swimming training institutions in Urumqi are in the early stage of development,which are influenced by market regulation leading to low operational efficiency,single business model,uneven business capacity and training scale;there are safety hazards in the facilities of the venues;high mobility of talents;and mismatch between training fees charged and service quality.On the basis of a full understanding of the current situation of the development of training institutions put forward the following recommendations,first,the management should develop a comprehensive market management regulations to regulate market behavior and promote the construction of venues.Second,update the business management concept,strengthen cooperation with other institutions and improve the welfare of employees.Third,the precise positioning of the market,based on good service to existing members to tap potential consumers.Fourth,improve the comprehensive quality of administrators and train them to meet the long-term development of training institutions.Fifth,to develop teaching standards and advancement completion assessment programs that are suitable for the physical and mental development characteristics of young children,so as to improve the teaching ability of instructors and the teaching quality of training institutions. |
