The key to the success of education reform lies in the teachers.The "Basic High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" points out that the key competence of biology should be the standard for cultivating students.The prerequisite for students to possess the key competence of biology is that teachers must have relevant literacy.The key competence level of high school biology teachers is directly related to the implementation effect of this reform.Firstly,the research summarizes the key competence and biological key competence research process at home and abroad,and builds the key competence of high school biology teachers in the new era based on relevant research at home and abroad,including three dimensions: common literacy,core of discipline Literacy and innovation literacy,and design questionnaires and interview outlines according to these three literacy dimensions,conduct a questionnaire survey on 120 high school biology teachers in Linxia Prefecture,and conduct in-depth interviews with three teachers from different counties and cities and different teaching ages.In-depth interviews were conducted with the staff of the Linxia Prefecture Teacher Training Center.The survey found that the overall level of key competence of high school biology teachers in Linxia Prefecture is biased towards “very consistent” or medium-high,but the scores of different regions are quite different.The key competence and innovative literacy scores are relatively low.Based on the interview content,the existing problems are analyzed: the problems in the common literacy are that the teacher preparation method is reversed,and the factors such as region,title and teaching age affect the cultivation of teachers' common literacy.In terms of key competence,there are contradictions in the implementation of key competence and teaching time,and there are high requirements for teachers and students;the training for disciplines is not strong;the discipline teachers are weak.In terms of innovative literacy,the sense of job burnout leads to a weak sense of teachers' innovation;the county school'steaching evaluation method is single,focusing on the knowledge standard.Aiming at these problems,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the suggestions for cultivating key competence of high school biology teachers from the three levels of common literacy,key competence and innovation literacy,with a view to promoting the implementation of key competence.Teachers of common literacy should strengthen their own management and develop the concept of lifelong learning.The government should implement pairing assistance in combination with local characteristics.The key competence of the discipline should enrich the content of teacher training,expand the coverage of training and strengthen the construction of teachers.The experiment is carried out normally;schools for innovation literacy should improve the enthusiasm of the teaching staff,and teachers themselves should strengthen theoretical study and raise professional awareness.
