Study On Social Work Intervening In The Life Care Of The Elderly Left Behind

With the continuous acceleration of the process of modernization and urbanization in China,the proportion of rural and urban population has changed,and many young laborers in rural areas choose to go out to employment,which is also the direct reason for the emergence of the elderly people left behind.Life care is the most urgent and important link for the elderly left behind in rural areas,the outside of the children in addition to the psychological pressure of the elderly,but also increased the burden of the elderly left behind.Through the perspective of social work,using the professional methods and techniques of social work,this paper tries to solve the problem of life care for the elderly left behind in rural areas.After a simple investigation and visit of 13 elderly people left behind in the village,the author analyzes the subjective needs of the elderly left behind,on the basis of understanding the basic situation of the family and the current situation Finally,A village left behind the elderly Li XX as a case work of the service of the main person and intervene,through a number of in-depth interviews with the case owner and his family,analysis of the life care difficulties faced by the main case and subjective needs,from the actual resolution of the case of the loneliness of the main situation,help the Lord to improve the social support network,Enhance the motivation and confidence of the Lord in life.This paper describes the practice in detail through the process of receiving,predicting,planning,intervening,evaluating and closing the case,and uses process evaluation at each stage of the process,and finally summarizes and reflects on the development of individual cases.The case work is involved in the life care of the elderly left behind in rural areas,can understand their own needs of the situation at the same time targeted service,improve their social support network,improve the ability to obtain social support,actively mobilize social resources,improve the professionalism of rural community services.In addition,according to the findings of the study,the author obtained further understanding,the case work involved in the rural left-behind elderly life care problems can be customized through targeted investigation and understanding of the plan,rural township functions need to be further improved,the rise of social workers in the village,can improve community support,to continuously strengthen the traditional culture of China filial piety culture construction Promoting the importance of family care;the establishment of self-organization for the elderly left behind in rural areas makes prepares,making life more meaningful in old age.
