Objective: To explore the benign influence of core strength training on young football beginners' mastery of basic football skills through experimental research,and to make a contribution to improving the efficiency of young football beginners' learning of basic football skills.Methods: By using the methods of literature,expert interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics,this study made an experimental study and Analysis on the influence of core strength training on young football beginners' grasp of basic football skills.Twenty football beginners from No.68 Middle School in Qilihe District of Lanzhou City were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the test data of the preliminary experiment,the subjects were randomly and evenly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given core strength training and the control group was given traditional strength training.The experiment was conducted for 16 weeks by double blind method.To strictly control the interference factors in the experimental process,the indicators reflecting the core muscle strength and basic football skills of the subjects will be tested,and the data obtained will be statistically analyzed within and between groups.Result: 1.By comparing the two groups,it can be seen that there is no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the five indicators reflecting basic football skills and core muscle strength before the experiment,and they are at the same starting line.After the experiment,the five indicators of the experimental group and the control group are found to be very significant differences in the five indicators after the experiment by independent sample t test.This shows that core strength training can effectively improve the basic football skills and core muscle strength of the subjects.2.Through intra-group comparison,we can see that in thecontrol group before and after the experiment,only the results of the in-situ front kick of the instep showed a significant increase,of which p < 0.01.The other four indicators were improved,but there was no significant difference.After 16 weeks of core strength training,there were significant differences in the five indicators reflecting basic football skills and core muscle strength in the experimental group,and the p value was less than 0.05.Conclusion: 1.Core strength training and traditional strength training can promote the basic football skills of young football beginners,but the effect of core strength training is more significant.2.Because of the characteristics of core strength training,after sufficient training,the subjects' upper and lower limbs synergy and the ability of coordination and control of the body are enhanced,which indirectly promotes the improvement of their basic football skills.3.It is found that core strength training in the early semester of adolescent football is helpful to improve the basic football skills and the muscle strength of the core area.
