This research uses the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,logical analysis and mathematical statistics of 18 athletes in Xuzhou sports center were studied for 12 weeks,aimed to collect data,analysis of experimental results,find out the experimental group and the achievement and technical level difference of the control group the basic performance and technical level of each group and internal changes in time,by changing the core strength training before and after the demonstration and the difference between the results and experiment in tennis training of special importance.The research object of this study is the core power of teenagers,influence on adolescent tennis technology,special research is tennis,has broad significance for competitive sports in terms of core strength,not only for tennis,different sports should develop core strength training methods according to kinematics principle and motion characteristics,combined with the actual situation of tennis.According to the core strength training and special training and universality,this paper draws the following conclusions:Based on the experience group and the control group before the experiment the athletes body shape,physical function,level of tennis,the technical level of test data collection and analysis,obtained the experience group and the control group of athletes in the body form and function.There is no difference,not bad influence on the experimental results show that P>0.05;tennis before the experiment base the level of experience group and control group in the test,there is no difference,that is consistent with the experience group and the control group in the level of tennis skill;tennis before the experiment the technical level of the experience group and the control group according to the test results of P>0.05,there is no difference between the experience group and the control group,said the tennis technique LevelThe experience group and the control group after the experiment,the basic level of tennis scores show that the experience group and the control group with their respective scores before the experiment has been improved,the experimental group improved significantly,P<0.05 control group,individual decline,P>0.05,said there was a significant difference between the experience group and the control group there was no significant difference,shows that the core strength more help to improve the level of tennis;the experience group and control group were compared,the results showed a significant difference(P<0.05),said the core strength training compared with conventional training has certain advantages,to improve the level of tennis is more efficient and stable.The experience group and the control group after the experiment,the technical level of tennis scores show that the experience group and control group and their scores were significantly increased before the experiment,the experience group increased significantly,P<0.05,control group P>0.05 overall performance,said there is a significant difference between the experience group and the control group there was no significant difference,shows that the core strength is more to improve the level of tennis technology;the experience group and control group were compared,the results showed significant difference(P>0.05),said the core strength training has certain advantages compared with the conventional training,to improve the tennis technology more efficient and stable.
