Study On The Aging Of Agricultural Labor Force In Fengwan Town,Shaoguan City

The aging of the population resulting from the decline in birth rates and death rates is an unavoidable process in population development.Compared with other developing countries,China entered an aging society at an earlier time.Under the dual effect of this situation and the transfer of large numbers of working-age workers,the seriousness of the aging of the agricultural labor force in Fengwan Town,Shaoguan City has gradually become more prominent.The problem of the aging of the agricultural labor force actually brings about a compromise of agricultural production factors,and agricultural production will suffer as a result.The country has always placed the solution of the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers on the top priority of development.The construction of a new rural area,the promotion of farmers' income,and the development of agriculture have always been highly valued by the country.Therefore,exploring the status of the ageing of the agricultural labor force and alleviating its impact and ensuring the smooth progress of agricultural production have become very important contents.This article will focus on the aging of the agricultural labor force in Fengwan Town,Shaoguan City.First,sort out the relevant literature,then collect and collate relevant population,agricultural statistical yearbooks,and agricultural census compilation data,and use the basic theory of multiple arguments such as neoclassical growth theory,new growth theory,population aging theory,and effective labor supply theory.Combined with the questionnaire survey,we find out that the current status of aging of agricultural labor force in Fengwan Town of Shaoguan City is mainly reflected in the decreasing proportion of the total number of young people in the population of the youth,the increasing proportion of the elderly population in the total population,and the large number of rural young people entering the cities to work.At the same time,they summed up the effects of the aging of agricultural labor force in Fengwan Town,Shaoguan City on the agricultural production,including: the weakening of the labor force constrains the development of the agricultural economyand affects the decline of agricultural productivity;the lack of effective labor supply affects the sustainable stability of the agricultural economy.Development;the development of new agricultural rigid thinking,affecting the innovation and development of agricultural science and technology;the rural old labor force is difficult to meet the requirements of modern agriculture,affecting the economic development of agricultural development;rural labor overload,affecting the effective investment in agricultural economy.By combining the causes of the aging of the agricultural labor force in Fengwan Town,Shaoguan City,this paper proposes corresponding solutions,which are mainly divided into paying high attention to the aging of the rural population,effectively improving the efficiency of agricultural production,rationally adjusting the structure of the agricultural industry,and promoting the agricultural economy.Sustained development;Actively guide divergent thinking,increase the application of agricultural production technology;Strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,and continuously improve the development potential of agricultural economy;Increase investment in supporting agriculture and benefit farmers,and create secondary value of labor resources.It is hoped that through the discussion of this article,we can provide corresponding reference suggestions for the future agricultural development of Fengwan Town,Shaoguan City,and coordinate the needs of the aging of labor force and the needs of agricultural development.
