Research On The Aging Of Rural Population In Huanghua Town,Cangzhou City

China has now been “suffering” from two kinds of elderly care problems generated from rural aging: Young people are responsible for the elderly in their understanding and fail to do in their actions;The elderly reckons that they are supposed to ease their children’s burden while they have no means to depend on themselves.Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the rural aging situation in Town,Cangzhou City and it turned out to be that the residents’ understanding of pension policy is limited to home endowment and institution endowment;The traditional concept of raising children for old age has changed to a certain extent;The key point of residents’ endowment policy lies in economic security and health security.Hence the conclusion is that the level of elderly care is ought to be improved through multiple channels in the joint effort by individuals,families,society and the government.Based on the situation in Huanghua Town,this paper analyzes the current elderly care in Hunghua,a rural town,using investigation and research,comparative analysis,qualitative and quantity combined way,as well as a series of problems,including the reduced supply of agricultural labor,frustration of the development of modern agriculture,the pressure of high dependency ratio,the pressure of medical treatment,the pressure of social security,and the lack of psychological care for rural aged groups.Meanwhile,this paper gives an analysis of the old care situation in Laizhou City,Chengguan District of Lanzhou City,Daguixi Village,the United States,Japan and Singapore.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn: First,to increase labor supply by guiding the return of working-age labor force and developing the aged labor force;Second,to promote agricultural modernization and reduce the negative impact of aging;Third,through the development of community old care service,to recruit volunteers,promote mutual assistance elderly care model,and develop intelligent home-based elderly care model,reducing the dependency ratio and exploring a new rural elderly care model.Fourth,to promote the cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions and encourage hospitals to add beds for the elderly to increase medical supply and improve the medical level;Fifth,to increase social security efforts to ensure basic old-age services;Sixth,to pay attention to the mental health of the elderly;Seventh,to improve the awareness of rural young people for the aged;Eighth,to detail statistical indicators of rural population.
