With the continuous advancement of basic education in China,the teacher community is getting more and more attention from the society.Primary and secondary school teachers are the leaders of basic education in China.Their status directly affects the level of basic education in China,and indirectly affects the development and The future of the nation.Everyone is familiar with the welfare and holidays of teachers in elementary and middle schools,but who can know the hidden workload outside the school? Teachers have been under the double pressure of school and family for a long time,and the sense of fatigue has inadvertently rushed into the heart.What may follow is the retreat at work.This study uses a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,with 729 primary and secondary school teachers as the research object,using primary and secondary school teachers' work-family conflict questionnaire,teacher burnout questionnaire,and work withdrawal scale as measurement tools to discuss The status of work-family conflict,job burnout,job withdrawal and the impact of demographic variables such as gender,age,and teaching age on primary and secondary school teachers have explored the mediating role of job burnout between work-family conflict and withdrawal behavior.After interviewing 18 primary and secondary school teachers,the factors influencing primary and secondary school teachers' work-family conflicts were further summarized,and they had a deeper understanding of the primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout and job withdrawal.The in-depth needs of teachers provide new ideas and targeted suggestions for reducing the retreat of primary and secondary school teachers.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Working-family conflict,teacher burnout and job withdrawal are significantly related.(2)Job burnout has a complete mediating effect between work disturbing family and work withdrawal,and job burnout has a partial mediating effect between familydisturbing work and work withdrawal.(3)Primary and secondary school teachers have work-family conflicts and job burnout,and more than half of the interviewed teachers have experienced job withdrawal.(4)There are 7 factors that affect the work-family conflicts of teachers in primary and middle schools,which are personal characteristics,family structure,family support,teaching pressure,student bad behavior,class teacher pressure,and work focus.(5)The deep-seated needs of teachers mainly include five aspects,which are career growth and promotion,organizational fairness,leadership support,home-school cooperation,and children's growth education.
