Research On The Development Of Folk Basketball Culture In Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

In recent years,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture has become increasingly perfect in the economic,political and cultural fields,and the living standard of rural farmers has gradually improved.In the process of new rural construction,rural sports have developed rapidly.The construction of rural sports culture in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture has achieved remarkable results,but there is still a big gap compared with the growing demand of farmers for sports culture.Therefore,the study of Linxia folk basketball culture has practical significance.This study investigates the current situation of folk basketball culture development in seven counties and one city of Linxia by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and collates and analyses the collected data,so as to obtain the objective environment and influencing factors of the current cultivation of folk basketball culture in Linxia.The following conclusions are drawn: a folk basketball sport,which has a broad mass base,is of great significance to social development in terms of material,spiritual,institutional and cultural aspects;second,although the infrastructure is widely distributed and in large quantities,its overall quality and sports experience are not very good;and its management and repair problems have also caused a great burden to the government due to participation;The distribution of basketball players is too centralized,the construction of basketball talents is insufficient,and the phenomenon of foreign aid is serious;the spirit of basketball culture still has certain limitations,and there is a fault in the integration with the regional traditional culture;Sanlinxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture has a general mass basis in the development of folk basketball culture,and its competitive level has a high reputation.However,in some areas,government departments do not attach enough importance to the development of folk basketball activities.Most of the folk basketball activities are carried out by a small number of social enterprises and individuals.Fourthly,the key to restricting the development of Linxia folk basketball culture is the lack of funds.As a folk sport,folk basketball games are often difficult to get enough financial support.In addition,it collects data from government staff of Linxia Sports Bureau and official website of Linxia Sports Bureau to explore the role of basketball culture in Linxia's economy,social relations and people's health.The following suggestions are put forward: First,government agencies should play their role in guiding,managing and doing well in infrastructure construction and maintenance.Strengthen the construction of cultural atmosphere and the propaganda of basketball spirit;Second,attach importance to the construction of basketball culture participants,strengthen the education and propaganda of basketball culture,and promote the institutionalization and systematization of basketball culture;Third government departments should encourage people to participate in basketball more,improve the local people's subjective consciousness and cultivate basketball culture leaders;Fourth government should encourage social forces more.Enter,support some social organizations to participate in the construction of folk basketball,and guide some enterprises to participate in the investment of folk basketball.Fifth,to develop folk basketball culture,we must aim at the characteristics of regional culture and promote cross-era and cross-regional cultural exchanges.
