Study On The Influence Of Exercise Intervention On Female College Students' Physical Health

Research purposes:Of this study was carried out on the female college students a ten-week exercise intervention,combined with the physical characteristics,female college students as well as the reality of a school,intervention by Crossfit training and aerobic training,to develop a suitable exercise intervention plans for experiments,observation 2 sets of solutions under the intervention of the change of the female college students physical health,exercise intervention study design scheme for female college students physical health if there is a significant improvement,to improve the strength of the effect and its reasons,aims at providing a scientific fitness of female college students with theoretical and practical basis,to guide and promote the lifelong sports practice in the future,To improve the overall development of female college students.Research methods:In this paper,the methods of literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics were used to study the effect of exercise intervention on the physical health of female college students.In this study,45 female students majoring in general at northwest normal university were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into intervention group 1,intervention group 2 and control group,with 15 students in each group.The experiment was conducted three times a week for 10 weeks.Exercise intervention program was implemented for intervention group 1 and intervention group 2.Exercise intervention program was implemented for intervention group 1 and exercise intervention program was implemented for intervention group 2.Exercise intervention program was not implemented for the control group,and the original lifestyle remained unchanged.During the experiment,diet was not controlled,and all female college students maintained their original lifestyle except for the exercise intervention program designed by the author.Before and after the test body shape,body function,physical fitness indexes of all female college students were tested,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Research results:1.In the comparison of physical health indicators between the intervention group1,the intervention group 2 and the control group,the body shape index,body functionindex and body quality index were statistically analyzed before the experiment,and no significant difference was indicate between the groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the experiment could be conducted according to the groups.2.Female college students in the intervention group 1 and the intervention group2 showed good adaptive changes in body shape before and after the test.After test,the body weight and BMI of female college students in the intervention group 1 and the intervention group 2 decreased significantly(P < 0.05).Compared with the intervention group 1,the weight loss effect of the intervention group 2 with aerobic exercise was more obvious.3.Intervention group and intervention group 1 2 female college student body function before and after the experiment are improved obviously,vital capacity increased significantly,vital capacity comparison before and after the experiment have significant difference(P < 0.05),the experimental intervention group after 1,2lung capacity intervention group compared to control group have significant difference(P < 0.05),intervention group compared with the intervention group 1,2lung capacity to improve the effect is more obvious.4.There was a significant difference in the improvement of the performance of 50 meters standing long jump and sit-up before and after the experiment in the intervention group(P < 0.05),while there was a significant difference in the improvement of the performance of 50 meters standing long jump and sit-up before and after the experiment in the intervention group(P < 0.05),but no significant difference in the change of sit-up performance(P >0.05).After the experiment,the female college students in the intervention group and the control group showed significant differences in the performance of 50 meters,standing long jump,sit-forward and sit-up(P < 0.05),and no significant difference in the performance of800 meters(P > 0.05).After the experiment,compared with the control group,the results of the two female college students in the intervention group were significantly different(P < 0.05)in 50 m,sit-forward and 800 m,while the results of standing long jump and sit-up were not significantly different(P >0.05).Compared with intervention group 2,the results of 50 meters,standing long jump and sit-up were significantly improved in intervention group 1,and the results of 800 meters in intervention group2 were significantly improved.Research conclusions:1.Two sets of exercise intervention programs were developed.The first program(intervention means: Crossfit training)and the second program(intervention means:aerobic training)have positive effects on the physical health development of female college students.2.The first scheme with Crossfit training as the intervention means is conducive to improving the body shape and body function of female college students,and has a significant enhancement effect on the physical quality of female college students,among which the core strength and lower limb strength are the most obvious.3.Program 2,which takes aerobic training as the intervention means,is helpful to shape the good body shape of female college students,has a good weight loss effect,is helpful to improve the body function,and has a good effect to accelerate the Endurance and alertness of female college students.4.After 10 weeks of sports intervention,female college students did not suffer from injury or other negative conditions,and the two sports intervention programs developed were in line with the physical and mental development characteristics and laws of female college students.
