With the release of the Outline of Building a powerful Sports Country and the Notice on Further Strengthening the Weaknesses of Basic Physical Fitness Training,physical fitness has become a hot topic in recent years.Improving physical fitness level is not only beneficial to physical health and daily life,but also conducive to the study and practice of professional knowledge of physical education students in colleges and universities.Prepare for the reserve of competitive sports talents.CrossFit training is a comprehensive training that combines gymnastics,weightlifting and metabolic adaptability training.The basic principle of Crossfit training is to complete several movements in a group with no or slight intervals,and to complete as many sets as possible in the specified time at the fastest speed or as little time as possible in the specified number of sets.CrossFit training does not emphasize isolated training,nor is it focused on physical appearance.Instead,Crossfit training aims to achieve specific athletic abilities and overall fitness.In this paper,CrossFit training is applied to physical education students in colleges and universities to explore the influence on their physical fitness level.CrossFit training features such as high intensity,convenience and teamwork,which can effectively make up for students’ time shortage and low enthusiasm in class,and increase their practice density.In this paper,literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,experimental methods and other research methods were used to study the influence of CrossFit training on physical fitness of college students majoring in physical education.22 students majoring in physical education were selected from Yunnan Agricultural University,including 11 students in the experimental group and 11 students in the control group,for intervention training 3 times a week for 12 weeks.The experimental group and the control group were carried out under CrossFit training intervention and conventional physical training intervention,respectively.The changes of physical indexes of students in the two groups after 12 weeks of training were compared,and the comparison was made within the group.The research showed that:1.Before the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the comparison of vital capacity,30 meters sprint,female800 meters/male 1000 meters,sitting forward bending experimental group had significant differences in the male group,the rest did not have significant differences.The pull-up experiment group had a significant difference in comparison,while the control group had no significant difference.The vertical jump group had a significant difference in comparison,except for the girls in the control group.2.In the experiment,in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the comparison of vital capacity in the control group has a significant difference,the comparison between the male group in the 30 meter sprint experimental group has a very significant difference,the female group in the 30 meter sprint experimental group has a significant difference,the comparison of sitting body forward bending,female 800 meters/male 1000 meters has no significant difference in the experimental group.Pull-up showed significant difference in the intra-group comparison except for girls in the control group,and no significant difference in the intra-group comparison of vertical jump except for boys in the experimental group.3.Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in lung capacity,30-meter dash and vertical longitudinal jump between the experimental group and the control group;there were no significant differences in the forward flexion of seated body;there were significant differences in the pull-up experimental group;there were no significant differences in the girls in the control group.There was no significant difference in the comparison of female 800m/male 1000 m in the experimental group,but there was significant difference in the comparison of control group.4.In the difference comparison between the experimental group and the control group,there was a significant difference in the pull-up posttest comparison between the experimental group and the control group.Research conclusion:1.CrossFit training and regular physical training can improve the physical fitness level of physical education students in colleges and universities.CrossFit training has the effect of improving your overall fitness level.2.CrossFit training does not significantly improve the flexibility of students majoring in physical education,seated forward bend and endurance of female 800m/male 1000 m.The improvement of female 800m/male 1000 m index in conventional physical training is more obvious than CrossFit training.3.CrossFit training significantly improves pull-ups for boys and girls.CrossFit training has a significant improvement in the indexes of vital capacity,speed and fitness30-meter sprint,and vertical vertical jump of lower limb strength and fitness.The promotion trend of boys and girls is similar,and the significance effect is also similar.4.CrossFit training is rich in content and forms.It is conducted in a group way,which increases the training density of students majoring in physical education,enlivens the training atmosphere and makes training more interesting.
