| This article starts from the theory of healthy physical fitness and mood,through the detection of healthy physical fitness related indicators and mood disorder TMD index,and through three months and 12 weeks of simplified Taijiquan exercises to detect the actual impact.Simplified Taijiquan exercise intervention was conducted for 12 weeks,and the impact of simplified Taijiquan on college students’ health,physical fitness and mood state was analyzed through literature data method,scale measurement method,experimental method,statistical method and other research methods.The subjects of the experiment were 80 sophomores from Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The subjects were divided into an experimental group and a control group of 40 persons each.In the experiment,the healthy physical fitness and mood state related indicators were used as test indicators,and the independent sample T test was used to test the healthy physical fitness(body composition,cardiopulmonary fitness,muscle strength/muscle endurance fitness before and after participating in the 24-style simplified Taijiquan exercise).A comparative statistical analysis of changes in performance,flexibility,fitness,and mood state(TMD index)related indicators.The test items before and after the experiment include(1)The content of the body composition test is height,weight,body mass index,body fat percentage,waist Hip ratio;(2)Cardiopulmonary fitness test content is vital capacity,800m/1000m;(3)Muscle fitness test content is sit-ups,standing long jump;(4)Flexibility fitness test content is sitting forward flexion(5)The content of the mood state test is the total score of emotional confusion TMD index.In this way,it explores the influence of simplified Taijiquan on the health,physical fitness and mood of college students.After three months and a total of 12 weeks of 24 forms of simplified Tai Chi exercise intervention,the measurement data of various indicators of the two groups of experimental subjects before and after the experiment were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)In terms of body composition,only girls’ waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)and body fat percentage decreased significantly(P<0.05),while other indicators of male and female students did not change much,and the data before and after the comparison was not statistically significant(P >0.05);(2)In terms of cardiorespiratory fitness,the vital capacity of boys and girls has been significantly improved(P<0.05)There is a significant difference before and after the test;(3)In terms of muscle fitness,male and girl have moderate muscle fitness,lying on their backs for 1 minute Sitting(times)have very significant differences(P<0.001),standing long jump(m)have significant differences(P<0.05);(4)In terms of flexibility and fitness,boys have very significant differences in flexibility and fitness(P<0.001),there is a significant difference between girls(P<0.05);(6)In terms of mood state,the total score of mood disorder and mood state of men and students has significant difference between TMD index and positive mood score(P<0.05).The mood score was not statistically significant before and after comparison(P>0.05).Comprehensive experimental results show that 12-week simplified Taijiquan exercise affects the body composition of college students,which is only reflected in the data of women’s body fat percentage and waist-to-hip ratio,and other body composition indicators have no significant effect.Simplified Taijiquan exercise has obvious effects on improving cardiopulmonary fitness,muscle fitness,and flexibility fitness.At the same time,Taijiquan exercise can promote the exerciser’s state of mind. |
