Research On The Solutions Of College Students' Network Group Incidents

At present,the number of Internet users in China continues to grow,all kinds of emerging online media are booming,and overseas forces frequently infiltrate through the Internet platform,which poses serious hidden dangers for causing sensational fermentation and generating network events in colleges and universities.Through literature analysis,it is found that there is no comprehensive system for the research on the group network events in colleges and universities in China,and there is no targeted monograph publication.Group network incidents in colleges and universities not only have a negative impact on the students themselves,but also lead to bad guidance.At the same time,they will also have an impact on the stable order of the school.Even more serious people will undermine the stability of the society.Therefore,it is necessary to study the network events of colleges and universities.The current main coping styles include the party and government taking the lead,strengthening network supervision and conducting emergency response drills.In the process of coping,there are still some shortcomings,lack of good mechanism for inter-agency coordination and communication,neglect of social mobilization,lack of professional sensational supervisors.The structure of this paper is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background of researching network events in colleges and universities,and introduces the significance of research from the theoretical and practical levels.This paper analyzes the current research status of domestic and foreign countries,summarizes the research results of domestic academic circles according to the four classifications,and finally expounds the innovations and deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is the basic concept and theoretical basis,and has made academic definitions for three key words: group events,network group events,and college network group events.The theoretical basis of this paper is introduced,including social governance theory,life cycle theory and political participation theory.The third chapter is the current status of the incident.Including the classification and characteristics of group events in colleges and universities,giving a clear introduction and summarizing the characteristics;also including the current trend of events,identifying new changes in the development of the data through the analysis of data;finally expounding the harm caused by the events Emphasizes the importance of analyzing and studying such events.The fourth chapter focuses on the incentives of colleges and universities to cope withnetwork mass incidents and the shortcomings in the current coping process,including the lack of public opinion supervisors,the imperfect warning and disposal mechanisms,and the immature coordination mechanism between departments.The reasons for the problems existed,mainly due to the insufficient attention of colleges and universities to network group events and the lack of education management.The fifth chapter gives the relevant countermeasures for the group network incidents in colleges and universities,mainly from five aspects: strengthening college students' ideological education,establishing public opinion analysis system,formulating emergency response mechanism,perfecting laws and regulations,and conducting network guidance and control.The design,through statistical analysis of data,comparison and other means to grasp the content of the event management should be focused on.This article avoids relying on theory to make statements of viewpoints,but combines a large number of actual data and cases for analysis,which can be used for reference.Through research,the main reason for the occurrence of group social events in colleges and universities is not only from the ideological sentiments of college students themselves,but also inseparable from campus management,social environment and network influence.To better deal with the handling of similar incidents,we should continuously improve from the perspectives of technical means,staffing level,and institutional cooperation.
