The Research On The Preventive Mechanism Of Economy Group Incidents

With the deepening of reform and the expanding of opening, the social and economic structures of China are experiencing a great and deep-going change. Contradictions between different beneficial parties, between new systems and old systems as well as between new viewpoints and old viewpoints abruptly appear. In recent years, the group incidents have been much more frequent and its drastic level ever escalated. They effect the healthy development of our national economy and social stability. How to effectively prevent the happening of the group incident, is not only the new challenge to China’s political and social stability but also an important theoretic and practical subject in building a harmonious society. Correctly knowing the regulation and nature of the current group incidents of our country, grasping their reason of formation, specifically putting forward thoroughly countermeasures are very important to build a harmonious socialist society.This article study on the "YiLiShen" group incident, using literature and interview method to collect the event related material, reducing the whole incident occurred, development process, further researching the reasons of this incident. The surface reasons are analyzed from the incident itself, the deep-rooted reasons are mined through this phenomenon which is about the "YiLiShen" group incident. Capital chain rupture lead to the farmers can’t get return money, interest and damaged interest demand is the expression of breeding farmers will eventually discontent vent to the government, to be a violent conflict. There are three further reasons, the lack of government supervision function, the market interest damaged the benefit of the group is the appeal of expression and without trust the government. This article puts forward the suggestions about the preventive mechanism of economy group incident, including adjust and strengthen government supervision function, to set up the institutionalized supervisory work of interest demand channel, introducing social work mechanism. Trying to provide the beneficial references to prevent this kind of group incident happen again.
