Under the unified requirements and deployment of the Ministry of finance,at present,all colleges and universities have begun to implement the government accounting system.In the new system,the concept of financial accounting is added to the previous budget accounting,and the mode of "double basis,double report and double function" is implemented,which is more complicated and complicated than the previous accounting treatment.Under the new system with more stringent requirements and more complicated process,the traditional financial management mode of colleges and universities is subject to the situation of miscellaneous functional institutions and high business repetition,which has become a burden and stumbling block for the rapid development of colleges and universities.The weakness of low work efficiency,improvement of management cost and weakness of internal control has been infinitely enlarged,which has been unable to meet the needs of current financial management And the development trend of information age.Therefore,several colleges and universities in China have begun to carry out the research on the reform,innovation and development of financial management mode,explore the opportunity of government accounting system innovation,strive to improve the level of school running cost control and fund use efficiency,and try to build a financial sharing service center,formulate standardized rules and procedures,and gather the common business of functional departments to the central platform First,processing and control to achieve the goal of integrating resources,improving quality and efficiency.This paper will combine the theory of financial sharing service at home and abroad,take the construction of Financial Sharing Center of GTU University as an example,analyze the current situation and existing problems of financial management of GTU University,explore the methods to improve the efficiency and quality of business processing and reduce the operation cost under the mode of government accounting system in GTU University,formulate the construction ideas of Financial Sharing Center of GTU University,and take the government accounting system as an example On the basis of financial informatization,this paper constructs the financial sharing service system of GTU university which meets the system requirements,business needs and development ideas,studies the feasibility of the integration of government accounting system and Financial Sharing Center of GTU University,and puts forward specific integration scheme.
