Research Of Shenzhen University Financial Informatization Construction

The increasing widespread of information technology today,the technique has a far reaching impact on education,which was placed highly attention by our government.It's necessary to focus on improvement of financial management capabilities,in order to meet the needs of financial informatization to university's expanding.This paper is based on financial informatization of Shenzhen University,and analysis is conducted through documents,on-the-spot investigation and flow-process diagram.It's consisted of 6 chapters.The first chapter is about the introduction summarized of the background,issue of sense and research method of the thesis.Past research about financial informatization at home and abroad is wrote up in chapter 2 in order to find the theoretical support for financial informatization and IT.In chapter 3,the background and necessity of financial informatization development in Shenzhen university is intruded,and its developing process is investigated.It's acknowledged that facts such as increasing and expanding of the campuses,developing of high level universities,make circumstance of financial management get so complicated that better skilled financial management is required.Budget management,accounting and synthetically inquiry of financial information,are very important parts of financial management.They are selected to analysis the status of informatization development in chapter 4.Operation flows are broken down to find their problems.The solutions are proposed in chapter 5.In the end,summary is concluded in chapter 6.Positive effect on entire financial management's informatization development is expected through the improvement of relative segments.This paper is hoped to provide references and ideas,improve work efficiency about financial management.What's more,the research is considered to be a precedent for other universities.
