With the continuous development of information and digital era,"fragmentary reading" has become a new reading trend.In 2009,the PISA International Assessment Project officially classified Non-continuous texts into reading test items,which attracted the attention of Chinese educators.In order to be in line with the reading trend and international standards,Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)clearly put forward the teaching objectives of Non-continuous text reading in the third and fourth periods.But in the actual teaching,the teaching situation of Non-continuous text reading is not optimistic.On the one hand,the teaching value and practical value of Non-continuous texts are enormous;on the other hand,the restriction of"teaching-examination relationship" and the shortage of teachers' teaching ability lead to frequent teaching problems.Based on this teaching reality,this study will analyze the current situation of Non-continuous text reading teaching in junior middle school from four aspects:teaching resources,teachers' teaching situation,students' learning situation and teaching evaluation.To find out and explore the problems and reasons in it,and finally provide corresponding teaching strategies and suggestions.This research is divided into three chapters according to the research idea of "defining related concepts-discussing the current situation and problems of teaching-providing improvement strategies".The first chapter will the research is summarized.Firstly,through the scope of literary texts and Chinese reading,the concept of "Non-continuous text reading teaching in junior high school Chinese" is defined.Secondly,Non-continuous texts are categorized according to their different manifestations.Furthermore,the characteristics of discontinuous texts are summarized by comparing Non-continuous texts with Continuous texts.Finally,the research significance of Non-continuous text reading teaching in junior middle school is described in detail.The second chapter will analyse the current teaching situation and causes.This chapter is mainly based on the research idea of "analyzing the current situation-finding problems-exploring the causes".Through the analysis of questionnaires and interview results,combing textbooks and examinations,this paper finds out the current problems in the teaching of Non-continuous text reading in junior middle schools,and explores the causes from both subjective and objective factors,to provide a reasonable basis for the third chapter of teaching strategies.The third chapter will provide teaching strategies and suggestions.This chapter will be based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of Chapter II.It will be elaborated from four dimensions:teaching resources,teachers' teaching,students' ability and teaching evaluation.
