Women's quiet,feeble and passive gender stereotypes have always been the root cause of women's passive behavior in sports.The phenomenon of negative behaviors exists in physical education for junior high school girls.Physical education plays an important role in all stages of students.Physical education can improve students' physical fitness,promote students' physical health and strengthen social adaptability.Due to the openness and particularity of physical education teaching,once the negative behavior in physical education class occurs,it will have a very strong invasiveness and disrupt the normal physical education teaching.This study takes Yuxi Junior High School in Wuxi City,Wuxi City Bridge.Junior High School,Wuxi Liyuan Middle School,Wuxi Nanhu Middle School,WuxiDongting Middle School,Wuxi Anzhen Middle School,Wuxi Donglin Middle School,Wuxi Tianyi Experimental School,Wuxi Wangzhuang Middle School,Wuxi Meri Middle School 10 Schools 600 The students and 30 physical education teachers were the subjects of the survey.They used literature research methods,interviews,questionnaires,and other scientific research methods to investigate and study the phenomenon of negative behaviors in girls' physical education classes in junior middle schools in Wuxi City.Analyze its causes and propose relevant countermeasures.The study concludes:1 Girls in junior high school in Wuxi city do have negative behavior in physical education classes,and this phenomenon is not optimistic.2 The passive behaviors of female students in Wuxi's urban sports classrooms are mainly reflected in the sports routine and the enthusiasm of learning movements,interactions in the classroom,etc.The routine includes clothing for physical education classes,discipline of team gathering,andattendance.The enthusiasm of learning action is manifested as not active and rarely interacts with the teacher.3 The main reasons for the negative behavior of female students in junior high schools are:self-cause,family reasons,teacher reasons,school reasons and social reasons.(1)Reasons for students themselves include:lack of understanding of physical education classes,lack of motivation for learning,girls' introverted shyness,self-confidence,psychological characteristics,weak physical foundation,and physical characteristics of girls;(2)school factors include:school physical education curriculum and girls' physical education.Consistency between requirements,school venues and equipment are limited;(3)physical education teacher factors:There is a single,mechanical phenomenon in physical education teaching methods,the gender ratio of physical education teachers is imbalanced,and there is a certain deviation between physical education teacher's special items and female students' learning needs.Teachers' unreasonable behaviors in students'physical education classes are not reasonable,teacher-student relationships are indifferent;(4)family-related factors:Parents do not pay attention to the development of students' sports habits.Finally,the specific countermeasures and suggestions are given:1 Use multiple propaganda means to improve students' level of understanding of sports and change the concept of girls' sports learning2 Actively develop sports items that are of interest to emerging students,allowing girls to gain a sense of accomplishment in sports and enthusiasm for sports learning3 Develop strict rules and regulations in the classroom,strengthen physical education classroom management,and advocate teaching feedback in the teaching process to build a platform for teachers and students to understand each other,communicate with each other,make progress together,and advance into feelings.4 Improve the professional competence of physical education teachers,especially the improvement of teaching methods,education and teaching methods,active exploration of selective course teaching,and separate teaching of boys and girls.5 Intensify the development and expansion of school site resources and the introduction of outstanding teachers to provide adequate material and human resources for girls' learning.6 Strengthen cooperation between parents and schools,fully integrate the work of family and school sports,strive for parents' support and recognition of school sports work,and jointly promote students' physical and mental health.
