The development strategy of China's manufacturing powerhouse formulated by "Made in China 2025" and the planning background of the manufacturing industry in the region of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Development Plan(2016-2020),the important carrier of the current manufacturing industry,That is to say,the survival and development of workers themselves has increasingly become the focus of attention. In view of this, this paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the wages of manufacturing workers in the region. In the theoretical analysis, this paper first sorts out the relevant literature at home and abroad, collects relevant data, and then briefly describes the related theories such as transaction cost theory, industrial organization theory, industrial cycle theory, division of labor specialization theory and comparative advantage theory.Put a comprehensive theoretical foundation. This paper focuses on the characteristics of industrial organization form adjustment in the process of China's manufacturing innovation optimization and upgrading. From the perspective of industrial organization, the basic theoretical model of industrial organization is taken as the entry point. This paper makes a theoretical reasoning on the influence of industrial organization form on the output level and the wage level of workers in the production process.Based on the development status of the manufacturing industry and manufacturing workers in the Yangtze River Delta and the previous theoretical analysis, the hypothesis is put forward. In this paper, the panel data is used to empirically study the model, and the hypothesis proposition in theoretical reasoning is tested. Finally, the fixed effect model is used to analyze the influence of industrial organization on the wages of manufacturing workers in the Yangtze River Delta. The conclusions are as follows:the degree of industrial organization and workers The increase in wages is inversely proportional. It is worth noting that the factors affecting workers' wages are not only at the industrial level, but also at the national level and the individual level. Finally, based on the thesis of this paper, combined with theoretical analysis and empirical research results, the paper summarizes the research content of the full text. This paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations on how to promote the development of manufacturing and workers in the Yangtze River Delta from the aspects of industrial R&D,industrial linkage and human capital.
