Education has never stopped recourse to justice,just as the ideology has not stopped recourse to the truth.However,there has never been a smooth road in the pursuit of educational justice,which is bound to be extremely difficult For the majority of educated people,they need to face all kinds of disadvantages in their educational life.These situations drive them away from the ideal world of education and justice.In many unfavorable situations,the educational humiliation caused by the unreasonable education system is particularly prominent.The Education humiliation is the behavior or situation caused by one or some educational systems(at different levels),so that educators(individuals or groups)have sufficient reasons to feel that their self-esteem is hurt.Such institutional humiliation is often applied to a wide range of educated people,especially individuals or groups that are disadvantaged by themselves,in the field of education,in the form of privacy violations,smuggling,punishment,exclusion and domination,directly or indirectly.Bringing varying degrees of material damage and mental harm,such as damage to their dignity,annihilation of personality,loss of autonomy,etc.In the long run,it will lead to the reversal of the education system itself,the consequences of trampling on social justice,hindering the cultivation of talents and impacting the moral order of society.To this end,the danger of education humiliation makes us must clearly understand that,in addition to education humiliation,whether it is from its logic or its actual value and to make up for the shortcomings of the distribution justice paradigm,education should not be humiliated should be education justice.A bottom line requirement Specifically,a decent education system should follow the institutional value orientation of equality,freedom,tolerance and fraternity and refrain from humiliating any educated person as the first principle,and always treat educatee as"real people."Looking at the foundation of the education system,and ultimately promoting the construction of educational justice based on education and not humiliation as the cornerstone.In the end,in the education field,the internal and external perspectives are examined.In order to defend education,the bottom line of education justice is not humiliated,and the standard decent meaning of the education system is given.From the aspects of cognitive concept,cultural foundation,social intervention,system construction and compensation mechanism,we can try.Start.Specifically,it is necessary to eliminate the cognitive bias of education humiliation,break the cultural foundation of education and shame,weaken the social intervention of education and humiliation,build a system of education system with humanism as the core,and explore a compensation mechanism that bridges the stigma of trauma.
