This dissertation puts forward a core question which is what kind of ethical change our education system should be implemented,allowing students to avoid humiliation and live with dignity in the school education?On the basis of conceptual analysis and root analysis of the institutional humiliation phenomenon in education life,this dissertation criticizes harm of humiliation to the human dignity and declares the internal connection of education and dignity along with the education connotation of dignity.According to the value position of "system for life",we suppose the value construction of education life in the framework of dignity,respect and self-respect,then consider eliminating the humiliation as the base line of ethics and realizing the dignity as the value orientation,in order to realize ethical change of the education system led by the "justice from the dignity".Ethical Change of education system is aimed at constructing a justice education system based on the dignity of life,its purpose is to let children live to a dignified education life thus they may gain self-esteem,learn to respect and realize their dignity,consequently they march towards a dignified life from the dignified education life.Humiliation phenomenon in daily life education can be divided into humiliation behavior between individual members and the institutional or organizational humiliation.The institutional or organizational humiliation which appears as excluding,dominating,belittling and stigma often takes effect leaving no trace,therefore,it is hard to be aware or found and harder to critically reflected and surveyed.The lack of critical and withstanding concept of institutional or organizational humiliation in the current daily education discourse causes that the educatees don't have a framework of deep understanding of their experience,therefore they form the self-denying misattribution to the institutional spirit damage in the school life.The institutional or organizational humiliation in the modern school education is not accidental phenomenon or the problem of the individual behavior or character,but the dilemma of modernity in the education system.The notion and attitude to humiliation in our traditional culture is cultural root of that humiliation persists and cannot be eliminated.The social class differentiation and complicating social mentality also play their part for education humiliation.Therefore,eliminating education humiliation must resort to the change of institutional ethics and values.The reason why education humiliation should be criticized and judged is that it is essentially the harm of human dignity.The rationality basis of that humiliation must be eliminated lies in the fundamental values of dignity for people.Education fundamentally involves human dignity which is the ensemble of respect and self-respect.Education undertakes the lofty mission of leading the construction and development of complete human nature,therefore,authentic education is a way to realize the dignity of men and dignity is the value included in the authentic education.Walking out of the dilemma of modernity in the education institutional or organizational humiliation must resort to the value position of humanism with the core spirit of dignity.Dignity is the primary value of life,thus the good education life is firstly a dignified life.The ethics transformation of education life is to reconstruct the background value framework of education life with the leading value spirit of dignity,respect and self-respect which realistically show a dignified education life.The education life required by the children's dignity is a kind of life with "non-dominant independence","inclusive democracy","cooperative trust" and "public love".System has integrated and shaped the life,therefore a good system must serve for the good life.Living with dignity in education life not only needs the subject's "life consciousness" especially educator's respect virtue,but also depends on the guarantee of a sound system of education.At the very least condition,dignity means non-humiliated,thus a dignified education life is firstly a non-humiliated life.The primary mission to establish justicial education is to realize cruelty to human from education institutional or organizational humiliation and stop humiliation consciously,not let education humiliation retrofitted.To eliminate the humiliation in the education reform has priority in the sense of moral,logic,epistemology and practice,therefore,"non-humiliated" Will possess the priority of the education institutional ethics on the approach of everyday life.In the process of education system reform,to what extent we keep away from education humiliation and other acts of dignity damage,to the extent that we march towards a dignified education life."Non-humiliated " delineates a bottom line ethics for justicial education system,but,if the education system ethics only stays on the bottom line ethics level and gives up function to support ideal of life,shape virtue and lead value,then it would only guarantee the human nature from harm and could not ascend the human nature.In order to make the education really guide the complete development of human nature,we must transcend the base line of ethics and move towards actively pursuing for the positive value ideal.Children cultivate virtue with dignity in the dignified education life,thus a dignified education life is a life in which not only dignity will be protected,but also the virtue with dignity and ability to live with dignity will be cultivated and promoted.Therefore,Education system should not only do no harm to the dignity,but also should implement and promote human dignity,which is the difference among education system and other social systems.The elimination of "education humiliation" and the pursuit of "dignity" is consistent on the value orientation.Education system cannot be defended for justification by its own program rationality,thus distributive justice is not enough to provide institutional basis of dignified education life,so we must resort to a kind of "justice from the dignity "including distributive justice,relationship-justice,admission-justice,ability-justice and other dimensions.A education system reform lead by "justice from the dignity ",is the process of continually eliminating and correcting education humiliation and other institutional factors which are contrary to human dignity and the development needs,also is the implementation process of a series of negative and positive norms in the education system.The education institutional reform aimed at the dignified life has the possibility of reality,but this requires education stick to its own value and dignity,also cannot do without the support of the society.
