On The Operation Of The Second Nationl Fitness Conference Of Henan Province (Social Group) From The Perspective Of Administrative Ecology

Xi Jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China(CPC),chaired the outline meeting of the "" healthy China 2030 " " plan,stressing that " " if there is no national health,there will be no national well-off life " ".The theme of the 13 th national sports meeting and the second national fitness conference of henan province(hereinafter referred to as the second national fitness conference of henan province)is "provincial transportation and benefit the people,healthy central plains".Sports events are an important part of the national sports cause,which reflects the important orientation of sports public policy and belongs to the research scope of public policy.This paper analyzes the operation of the second national fitness conference(social group)in henan province from the perspective of administrative ecology,and provides some theoretical references for the operation of mass sports events of the national fitness conference.The main research methods used in this study are as follows: literature review method,expert interview method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.From the perspective of administrative ecology,the operation of the second national fitness conference(social group)in henan province was explored,summarized and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)from the perspective of administrative ecology,the operation of the second national fitness conference in henan province is a dynamic system.Political factors play a leading role in the system,among which the strong policy support and the disciplined style of participants promote the operation of the social group of the second national fitness conference in henan province.(2)in the operation of the second national fitness conference of henan province(social group),the excessive emphasis on social interests,the negative impact of social public opinion and the single economic source hindered the operation and development of social group projects to a certain extent.(3)the second national fitness conference(social group)in henan province,fitness qigong project has a reasonable organizational structure,reliable logistics,orderly cooperation between participants,and the rendering of the spiritual culture of fitness qigong,which to some extent promotes the promotion of fitness qigong project.(4)five important factors of administrative ecology have different degrees of influence on the operation of the second national fitness conference(social group)in henan province.Each factor has influence on the operation,but no single factor plays a decisive role.Connectedness among the five factors plays an important role in the social group.
