On May 6,1917,Mr.Huang Yanpei,together with Cai Yuanpei,Liang Qichao,Zhang Jian and other social celebrities,has been establishing the Chinese Vocational Education Society in Shanghai for more than 100 years.Mr.Huang Yanpei led the members of the Chinese Vocational Education Society to carry out extensive educational practice exploration in China,formed a relatively mature theoretical system of vocational education,and carried out vocational education activities according to the needs of social development.They hope that vocational education can adapt to the actual needs of life and improve the quality of life of civilians.The essence of the thought is the 'socialization,scientific,and civilian'(hereinafter referred to as 'San Hua')vocational education policy,Huang Yanpei believes that vocational education is a civilian-oriented education,must actively adapt to social development.The needs of vocational education are solved by applied science.The 'San Hua' vocational education thought not only deepens the connotation of vocational education,but also cultivates a group of skilled talents for social development,filling the gaps in social needs and promoting the development of modern vocational education also has important guidance and reference value for the reform and development of modern vocational education.Summarizing and analyzing the main contents,characteristics and influences of the 'San Hua' vocational education thoughts,and applying the useful experience of their thoughts to vocational education is conducive to improving the quality of vocational school teachers,transforming the traditional talent training mode,and cultivating suitable social development.The specialized talents needed are of great significance to the development of modern vocational education.
