The process of children's growth,both the family and the school occupy the entire student's life from different spaces and time.They are indispensable educators,like the hands of humans and the wings of birds.The interaction between family education and school education is of vital significance to the development of children.No matter which party has negligence,there are "hidden dangers" to the healthy growth and all-round development of students.It was therefore important to strengthen interaction between families and schools.Using the methods of interview and questionnaire,this study discusses the present situation of parents 'participation in school education in S Primary School of Longhua District of Shenzhen,and puts forward the optimization strategy based on the in-depth analysis.Based on the six parental participation models of Epstein,and based on the actual situation of the survey subjects,the first five models were finally selected as the reference dimensions of the survey,namely parenting education,communication,home learning,volunteer participation,and participation in decision-making.This study is divided into the following four parts: First,the relevant research concepts and the current situation at home and abroad;Second,S primary school parents to participate in the current situation of school education survey;Thirdly,the analysis of influencing factors of parents 'participation in school education;Fourth,parents actively participate in the optimization strategy of school education.The study found that the attitude of parents participating in school education in S primary school is generally positive,but the actual behavior is relatively lagging behind,and there is a certain lack of involvement of fathers in the participation process.Parents and teachers have different educational concepts due to different needs for participation;The lack of communication between parents and schools and the limitations of parents 'own conditions have affected their participation.It is found that the background factors of parents such as educational level and nature of work have a fundamental restraining effect on parents 'participation in school education.Parents 'awareness of participating in school education and their personal feelings of participation will affect the actual actions of parents' participation.According to the above research and Epstein's influence superposition area theory,in order to increase the enthusiasm of parents to participate in school education,the relevant subjects can strive to: First,raise the awareness of parents and both sides of the school to create an atmosphere of participation;Second,give full play to the parent's main position and pay attention to the role of the school in guiding;Third,we will strengthen social support for parental participation and ensure that students receive appropriate education in schools.
