Chairman Xi pointed out that it is the responsibility of families,schools,governments and society to run education well.Children's all-round development cannot unilaterally rely on schools.Family and society also have their own responsibilities.Home-school cooperation has become an inevitable trend of education.With the progress and development of society,the awareness of cooperation between family and school has been improved.The approach of letting parents participate in school education in an effective way and helping parents to improve family education has become an immediate need.First of all,the theory of overlapping influence domain should be further localized.Home-school cooperation can be divided into five aspects: parents' education,home learning,communication,volunteer service and participation in decision-making.Based on this concept,405 teachers from public primary schools in S city are selected as the research object.Questionnaires are used as the main method to study the results.The data were analyzed by factor analysis,T test,variance analysis and other methods in SPSS to explore the overall level of home-school cooperation in S city and the related factors of primary school-home cooperation.The results show that the overall level of primary school-home cooperation is good,the overall mean and the mean of each factor are relatively high.However,from the comparison of various factors,we can see that family-school cooperation shows a narrow trend,and there is a big gap between the level of practice and the ideal situation of family-school cooperation,there are problems of communication and communication orientation and low degree of cooperation between parents.The reasons are found from three aspects: the government aspect,the school aspect and the family aspect.From the aspect of educational administration,the man issue is due to a lack of laws,regulations and institutional safeguards for home-school cooperation;from the school aspect,it is on account of lacking communication and feedback mechanism,the school system excludes the participation of parents,and the conflict of teachers 'time and resources;and from the family aspect,the college entrance examination system has led to the popularization of the concept of parents' achievement-oriented education,the upbringing of alternate generations and the left-behind children.At the level of influencing factors on primary school-home cooperation,urban and rural factors have a significant impact on primary school-home cooperation,and there are still differences between urban and rural areas.Among the influencing factors of teachers themselves,gender and whether they are class teachers have little influence on the level of home-school cooperation.The influence of teachers ‘professional titles on Home-School Cooperation mostly concentrates on the ideal level,while teachers' educational background has significant influence on the practice and concept of home-school cooperation.Based on the above findings,this study raises some proposes in order to improve the level of home-school cooperation in primary schools.The major aspect of education management includes the introduction of "home-school cooperation law",the improvement of home-school cooperation assessment system,the establishment of home-school cooperation center and the strengthening of teacher training.The school aspect refers to perfecting the communication channels of family-teacher-school,building parents ‘activity centers,setting up permanent positions for parents and equipping family education instructors.For the parents' aspect,it is a necessity for parents to improve their cooperation and family education ability.
