In the perspective of label theory,this study uses observation method,interview method and text analysis method to study the formation process of problem students with the class F of vocational schoolA,and analyzes the causes.The study found that there are three ke steps in the formation process of problem students from the perspective of label theory : the first step is the teacher's awareness and classification of problem students;the second step is important others(including teachers and their companions)reinforced the problem students label through various forms;the third step is the self-reconstruction of the problem student image-obeying the label and joining the informal deviant group.Through the observation of the formation process of the above problem students,this study finds that there are three main reasons for the formation of problem students: First,the existence of existing rules makes it possible for each student to become a problem student;Second,the label posted by important others is more influential;Third,the invisible power of the label causes the problem student to internalize the label and treat the information implied by the label as a code of conduct.The research results seek to give another perspective to the problem students and awaken people's comprehensive reflection on school education,which is of great significance to the current problem students education work.In response to the above research results,this paper proposes the problem students education strategy.First of all,to avoid the emergence of problem students,we can start from the following three aspects: First,reflect on the teacher's measurement standards and campus rules and regulations;second,treat each student equally and respect each other;third,negative label resistance to resilience.Besides,this paper proposes to educate and guide the problem students through the following methods: First,to cultivate students' empathy,not to isolate and not to be labeled;second,teachers lead all students to enhance the sense of problem students;third,teachers use the deterrent power of labels to do the informal group work of problem students;fourth,improve thepsychological resilience of them and do a good job in psychological counseling.
