Sports exchanges are increasingly becoming part of China's exchanges with countries along the "One Belt And One Road" line.Qingbaijiang district of Chengdu,the first stop of the Chengdu-Europe express railway,is also one of the "One Belt And One Road" node cities.In recent two years,it has actively responded to the national strategy and held a series of sports events with the theme of "One Belt And One Road".Residents is one of the important stakeholders,sports event's perception and our attitude is often used as scholars research perspective of sports social impact,in order to improve the "area" sports currently run competitions quality,maximize its positive effects and minimize its negative influence,achieve "area" sports events in the sustainable development of the site,and finally completed the vision and the action gives all the way "area" sports event's political goals.Qingbaijiang district based on the actual situation,refer to the literature at home and abroad,draw lessons from the existing scale,developed a suit of Qingbaijiang district based on the residents' perception of social impact questionnaire scale,through exploratory factor analysis,a total of from the "social culture","sports public services and infrastructure","city image promotion","uncivilized phenomenon","price rises and the fiscal expenditure","traffic","living environment" seven aspects to analyze Qingbaijiang "area" the social impact of sport and the relationship between the residents' support attitudes.Residents in Qingbaijiang district have a clear perception of the social impact of "One Belt And One Road" sports events,both positive and negative,and these perceptions can influence whether residents support the continuation of the event.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)"social and cultural influence" positively influences residents' support for continuing to hold "One Belt And One Road" sports events.The main reason is that after the arrival of "One Belt And One Road" sports events,the Qingbaijiang district government actively carries out cultural and sports activities in the local area.(2)"sports public services and infrastructure" positive impact on residents along the "area" games have been held to continue to support,the main reason is that the city's sports services and infrastructure projects can directly improve the quality of life of residents,and stylistic construction of center for local Qingbai Jiang brings high quality public services and equipment facilities,the opening of the Chengdu-Europe quick iron makes residents travel more convenient.(3)the "improvement of city image" has a positive impact on residents' support for continuing to hold "One Belt And One Road" sports events.The main reason is that with the opening of China-Europe railway,Qingbaijiang district has gradually become an international road,and "One Belt And One Road" sports events have become a new local tourism resource.(4)"rising prices and spending" negative affects the residents along the "area" games have been held to continue to support,the main reason is that all the way "area" the arrival of local sports commodity prices and housing prices began to gradually rise,led to the residents daily cost of living increase,as well as the events too much money may cause in education,health,environmental protection enterprise,as well as other urban construction needs money.(5)"social uncivilized phenomenon","traffic problem" and "living environment problem" have not become significant influencing factors affecting the support attitude of Qingbaijiang residents.The main recommendations of this paper are as follows:(1)reasonably plan the future development of the event and obtain the residents' cultural identity of "One Belt And One Road" event;(2)to strengthen the level of sports public services and strengthen the construction of sports public facilities;(3)define the city's own image positioning,increase the intensity of event publicity,and give full play to the marketing role of sports events;(4)strengthen market macro-control and publicize financial expenditure for competitions;(5)explore the strategic connotation of "One Belt And One Road" and sports events,and promote the organic combination of the two.
