With the rapid development and prosperity of the social economy,it has brought about the rapid development of China's cultural market and promoted the triumph of cultural undertakings,which has given birth to a strong demand for high-quality art talents.At the same time,under the impetus of the expansion of colleges and universities and the promotion of ?art examination fever?,ordinary high schools basically set up classes of art specialties.It is precisely because of this that the management of high school art students is increasingly concerned by educators.And attach importance to becoming an educational problem that is urgently needed to be solved.As a special student group,high school art special students face the same pressure of college entrance examination as other ordinary high school students.They need to cope with the double test and challenge of professional courses and cultural courses,and the psychological pressure and academic intensity are not mentioned.Yu.At the same time,the high school art special students themselves also have problems in the cultural class,poor performance,unconstrained behavior and self-esteem.Therefore,in the process of class management of art specialties,it is necessary not only to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the main problems of the survival of high school art,but also to take a scientific and effective way to solve the problem.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the class management of high school art students,this article takes Shenzhen Xixiang Middle School as an example,and conducts a series of current situation investigations,comprehensively sorts out and summarizes the current situation of management,analyzes the causes and gives corresponding optimization strategies to enrich High-school art specialties students and their related theoretical research,and bring more feasible suggestions for future high school art specialty management practice.The article is mainly from four parts: The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it expounds the research background and research significance,and summarizes and analyzes the relevant domestic research progress and main theoretical achievements on the class management of high school art.The main key concepts are scientific definition and research ideas andresearch methods;the second part is to sort out and summarize the relevant theoretical foundations;the third part is the empirical investigation,to investigate the class management of Xixiang middle school art specialty,and according to the survey The problems in the results are summarized and analyzed.It is believed that the main problems in the art specialty and its management include the lack of flexibility of existing management concepts,the lack of adaptability of management methods and the imperfect management system.At the same time,it also deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and believes that the reasons for the students themselves and the social,school and other factors lead to the status quo;the fourth part is to optimize the countermeasures,mainly for management concepts,management methods and management systems.The shortcomings of the three aspects,the problem-oriented approach to the corresponding targeted improvement management strategy.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the results of this study are summarized,and the shortcomings of the research and the areas to be improved are clarified.
