| In 2014,China's Ministry of Education issued a series of new policies on the reform of the college entrance examination.The most important one is that the college entrance examination will be changed to take Chinese,mathematics and English,and students will be allowed to take three more subjects.The three subjects can be matched according to the candidates' future career plans.However,the reform of college entrance examination not only gives students a very high degree of autonomy,but also fully embodies the spirit of humanistic education in our country.Because only when students truly recognize themselves can their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity be mobilized.However,students who are confident in their hearts and have goals will be able to have direction.Even if they are far away and afraid,they will bravely go on.At the same time,carrying out career education courses in ordinary high schools can better guide students to understand themselves,explore careers,and improve their abilities in career decision-making and career planning.Therefore,career education curriculum has also become one of the corresponding measures and means for ordinary high schools to adapt to the college entrance examination curriculum reform.However,due to the lack of career education in our country for a long time,there is no meaningful guidance on how to carry out career education courses in ordinary senior high schools and whether there is a feedback and evaluation mechanism to detect the situation.Some of the leading ordinary senior high schools have developed their own school-based career education courses and explored the development path of career education courses in practice.This article started with the reality that many students have little understanding of their careers,and pointed out the necessity and feasibility of vocational education in high school.Next,it discussed the theoretical foundations of high school career education curriculum development and students' career planning abilities.On this basis,it analyzed the humanistic orientation,elements,and design framework of highschool career education curriculum.Furthermore,taking Shenzhen P High School as a case study,it studied the current situation of P High School career education courses.In particular,it focused on the humanistic background,course objectives,course content,curriculum organization,curriculum resources,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of career education courses.At the same time,the questionnaire survey and interviews about the current situation of the school career education curriculum were conducted,trying to find out the needed parts of course development and implementation and analyze the causes.Then the targeted countermeasures and suggestions about improvement of P High School career education courses were given from three aspects: curriculum optimization,factor support and mechanism guarantee.Finally,through the case analysis of P High School,the recommendations and thoughts for the high school career education curriculum with certain universal significance were extracted. |
